Claims (1)
記圧力供給室１の上側開口部を、０リング４を介在させ
て塞ぐように位置されているダイヤフラム５と、このダ
イヤフラムの周縁部上側に位置されるばね板６と、上記
圧力供給室１内に供給された流体圧力によるダイヤフラ
ムの動作を、電気的出力に変換する可変抵抗器９及び１
０を有する圧力検出器において、上記の圧力供給室１内
に、上記ダイヤフラム５の周縁部上面を、ばね板６の周
縁部に押し当てるためのばね１２を内装したことを特徴
