【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はアンカーボルト植設方法に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to an anchor bolt installation method.

従来、例えばプレハブ住宅用としてのアンカーボルト植
設方法としては第1図に示す方法がある。これは型枠1
を形成し、この内側に生コンクリート2を流し込む。一
方型枠1上にアンカーボルト植設の基準点として釘3を
打ち水系4を直行して張る。そして、まず水系4の交叉
点に柱用アンカーボルト5を生コンクリート2の硬化前
に埋込む。次に、この柱用アンカーボルト5から土台用
アンカーボルト6の位置をコンベツクスにより測定して
生コンクリート2に埋込む。しかし、第2図に示すよう
に、アンカーボルト5、6は生コンクリート2が軟らか
いために鎖線で示すように位置ずれを生ずる。

で測定するため、測定作業がめんどうであり作業性が悪
い。しかも測定誤りによつて位置ずれを生じ土台7の取
付けが不可能となることがある。そこで、本発明はこの
ような従来の欠点を一掃した新規なアンカーボルト植設
方法を提供するこ’とを目的とする。

そして両端寄りに柱用アンカーボルト5の位置に対応す
る位置にノックピン11を設け、このノックピン11間

は一端に上記ノックピン12が貫通される貫通孔14が
形成され、他端に釘穴10を有する。そして中央部分に
はアンカーボルト6の貫通孔15が形成されている。第
4図cにおいて柱用アンカーボルト5の治具16が示さ
れている。これはT字状をなし、2つの端に釘穴10を
有する。そして1つの端寄りにはノックピン11が貫通
される貫通孔17が形成され、中央部分にはアンカーボ
ルト5の貫通孔18が形成されている。従つて、第5図
に示すように、型枠1内に生コンクリート2を流し込む
と共に、上記スケール9を型枠1に釘19で固定する。
そして、柱用アンカーボルト5の治具16は貫通孔17
にノックピン11を貫通させ釘19をもつて型枠1に固
定することにより所定の位置に取付けられる。一方、土
台用アンカーボルト6の治具13は貫通孔14にノック
ピン12を貫通させ釘19をもつて型枠1に固定するこ
とにより所定の間隔を置いて取付けられる。その後、治
具13,16の夫々の貫通孔15,18にアンカーボル
ト6,5を貫通する。よつて、生コンクリート2の硬化
後はアンカ5ーボルト5,6が夫々の位置に植設される
ことになる。そして、これらアンカーボルト5,6に土
台7を取付ける。このように本発明は、型枠内に流し込
んだ生コンクリートにアンカーボルトを埋込み、型枠に
アζンカーボルトを貫通させる貫通孔を形成した治具を
取付け、アンカーボルトを上記治具の貫通孔に貫通させ
て位置決めをなすものにおいて、両端に釘穴と両端寄り
に柱用アンカーボルトの位置に対応する位置にノックピ
ンを設けると共に該ノックこピン間に土台用アンカーボ
ルトの位置に対応する位置に複数本のノックピンを設け
たアンカーボルト位置出し用スケールを型枠に釘で固定
し、一端にノックピンが貫通される貫通孔と他端に釘穴
と中央部分にはアンカーボルトの貫通孔とが形成されて
いる治具を、貫通孔にノックピンを貫通させて釘にて型
枠に固定することにより所定の間隔を置いて取付け、T
字状をなし、2つの端に釘穴と1つの端寄りにノックピ
ンが貫通される貫通孔と中央部分にはアンカーボルトの
貫通孔とが形成されている治具を、貫通孔にノックピン
を貫通させて釘にて型枠に固定することにより所定の位
置に取付けるようにしたもので、夫々のアンカーボルト
はアンカーボルト位置出し用スケールを介して所定の位
置に取付けられる治具によつて植設位置が決定されて固
定されるため、従来のように、生コンクリートの硬化後
にアンカーボルトの位置ずれが生じて土台金具の取付け
が不可能となるという欠点が確実に解消できるという利
点がある一方、アンカーボルトの埋込み位置をコンベツ
クスで測定する必要もないため、アンカーボルトの植設
作業の能率を向上させ、工期を大巾に短縮化することが
できる。

る位置にノックピンを設けると共に該ノックピン間に土
台用アンカーボルトの位置に対応する位置に複数本のノ
ックピンを設けたアンカーボルト位置出し用スケールを
型枠に釘で固定し、一端にノックピンが貫通される貫通
孔と他端に釘穴と中央部分にはアンカーボルトの貫通孔
とが形成されている治具を、貫通孔にノックピンを貫通
させて釘にて型枠に固定することにより所定の間隔を置
いて取付け、T字状をなし、2つの端に釘穴と1つの端
寄りにノックピンが貫通される貫通孔と中央部分にはア
ンカーボルトの貫通孔とが形成されてる治具を、貫通孔
にノックピンを貫通させて釘にて型枠に固定することに
より所定の位置に取付けることを特徴とするアンカーボ
ルト植設方法。
