ェルトコンベア2の長手方向に沿つて配設してあり、サ
クションボックス1の上面をフェルトコンベア2が紙面
手前側から背方に向けて摺動するようになつている。さ
らにフェルトコンベア2の両側縁上には2枚の流出防止
板4力坪行に配設してあつて流出防止板4の下縁に取着
したデッケルパッキン8をフェルトコンベア2の上面に
摺接してある。さらにサクションホックス1の両脇には
受け樋6を長手方向に配設してあり、受け樋6の下流端
(即ち紙面手前側端部)には回収ホース9を配設してあ
つてこの回収ホース9の吐出端はスラリ供給部Bに接続
してある。さらにこの回収ホース9には揚水ポンプ10
を設けてある。しかしてこの抄造機Aのフェルトコンベ
ア2を紙面手前側から背方に向けて移動させ、且つサク
ションボックス1内を減圧にすると抄造用スラリ3内の
水分がフェルトコンベア2を通して吸引除去され、繊維
分が厚くフェルトコンベア2上に堆積することになる。
また、この時フェルトコンベア2の側縁やフェルトコン
ベア2とデツケルパツキン8との摺接面から抄造用スラ
リ3の一部が漏れ、この漏洩スラリ5が受け樋6内に流
入することになる。そして受け樋6内に流入した漏洩ス
ラリ5は受け樋6の下流側(即ち紙面手前側)に流下し
て来て回収ホース9に入り、揚湯ポンプ10にてスラリ
供給部Bへ返送される。ここで、回収ホース9と揚水ポ
ンプ10とが本発明における返送路7を構成する。また
