Furthermore, when sealing the packaging bag after filling with the viscous material, it is necessary to use a sealing method that does not trap the viscous material, that is, to prevent the viscous material from adhering to the sealed portion of the packaging bag. Conventionally, there is a so-called submerged filling method as a filling method for preventing air from being drawn into such a viscous material. This submerged filling method involves either inserting the filling nozzle deeply into the packaging bag and pulling up the nozzle while filling the viscous material from the device, or pulling down the film, but there are drawbacks to this filling method. The viscous substance adhering to the filling nozzle adheres to the inner wall of the packaging bag where it is intended to be sealed when the nozzle is pulled up or the film is pulled down, and the above-mentioned improvement in sealing performance cannot be expected. In addition, the adhesion of viscous material to the filling nozzle causes variations in the amount of filling. Furthermore, another disadvantage of submerged filling is that the liquid level rises by the volume that the nozzle enters into the viscous material. There was an inconvenience that the length of time was increased by the amount of rise in the liquid level. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for filling a viscous material in which air is not trapped in the viscous material, and the viscous material is prevented from adhering to a filling nozzle, thereby improving sealing performance.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, the packaging bag 1 is sealed a with the sealers 2, 2 to form the bag bottom, and then the needle 4 of the needle hole sealer 3 is used to make a deaeration hole 10 in a part of the bag bottom (the (See Figure 3). After opening the deaeration hole 10, press the presser ring 8
, 8 push the packaging bag 1 around the filling nozzle 7 and seal it, and the filling nozzle 7 pours the highly viscous viscous material 11 into the packaging bag 1.
is filled (see Figure 4). Due to the filling pressure of the viscous material 11, the air inside the bag is discharged from the degassing hole 10, and the viscous material is filled without entrainment of air. When the viscous material 11 is filled into the packaging bag 1 in a fixed quantity, the presser rings 8, 8 are released and the process continues. The deaeration hole 10 at the bottom of the bag is spot-sealed using the needle hole sealers 5, 5 (see Figs. 5 and 6).
(see figure). After sealing the deaeration hole, the sealers 2, 2 are released (see Fig. 7), and the packaging bag 1 filled with the viscous material 11 is then pulled down (see Fig. 1!), and the viscous material 11 is removed. The unfilled portion of the packaging bag 1 is sealed again by the sealers 2, 2, and the above steps are repeated. This sealer seals the bottom of the packaging bag 1 while simultaneously sealing the top of the bag filled with the viscous material. The bag is sealed leaving a slight air layer 12 at a position where it will not be caught, that is, at the top of the bag (see Figure 2). Next, air is removed from the air layer 12 by appropriately opening a degassing hole 13 with the needle 6 of the needle hole sealer 5, and then the degassing hole 13 is spot-sealed by the needle hole sealers 5, 5. Note that the filling method according to the present invention is not limited to the above steps; for example, the formation of the deaeration hole 10 at the bottom of the bag is performed by filling the viscous material 1
The sealing of the deaeration hole 10 may also be performed immediately after the quantitative filling of the viscous material 11.

Further, the formation of the deaeration hole 13 in the upper part of the bag after filling with the viscous material and the sealing of this hole can also be performed by other means.
Further, the deaeration holes 10 and 13 may be formed into slits, notches, etc., in addition to needle holes, and the same effect as described above can be obtained. As described above, according to the present invention, a deaeration hole is first opened at the bottom of the bag, and when the viscous material is filled from the top, the internal air is replaced and discharged from the deaeration hole, so that air is not absorbed into the filling. Entanglement is completely eliminated, and there is no viscous material adhering to the filling nozzle as in the above-mentioned submerged filling. Therefore, there is no viscous material adhering to the inner wall of the bag in the area to be sealed, improving sealing performance. can do.

さらに上記効果に伴なつて充填量のバルツキのない製品

Furthermore, in conjunction with the above effects, it is possible to obtain a product with no fluctuation in filling amount, which is extremely useful when applied to highly viscous packaged products such as cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and sauce.
