個の出力信号用配線パターンにより前記各出力端子用ホ
ンディングパッドに別々に接続してなる弾性表面波共振
子装置において、前記各弾性表面波共振子における励振
電極の外側に位置する側のくし形電極のうち、前記各ボ
デイングパッドから離れた側のくし形電極が、このくし
形電極の電極指部先端において前記出力信号用配線パタ
ーンと接続されていることを特徴とする弾性表面波共振
子装置。
