れの入力側ループが、同一平面上で間隔を隔てて
形成される、弾性表面波装置。 ２ 前記入力側インタデイジタル電極に電気的に
接続されるシールド電極を含み、 前記入力側ループは前記シールド電極を含む、
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾性表面波
装置。 ３ 前記入力側ループは、前記圧電体基板の幅方
向の一端側でその一端がそれぞれの前記入力側イ
ンタデイジタル電極に接続され、その他端がそれ
ぞれの前記シールド電極に接続される信号源を含
