Traditionally, this type of roof base material is made by filling non-woven fabric, paper, etc. on the surface of a waterproof base material made of vinyl chloride resin sheets, etc., and is placed on the roof sheathing board to prevent rainwater leaking from the roofing material. This prevents water from entering the building. However, since the surface of this roofing substrate is flat, it is slippery and dangerous, and the tiles attached to the top of the roofing substrate are in close contact with the roofing substrate, so they do not touch the roofing substrate. There was a problem that rainwater that leaked into the area was difficult to drain, and drainage was not efficient. In addition, roof base materials that are integrally molded with a large number of projections protruding from the surface of a waterproof base material made of polyvinyl chloride resin sheet, etc., have the above-mentioned anti-slip properties and good drainage properties due to the projections. However, since the waterproof base material is made of a synthetic resin sheet, there is a problem in that it expands and contracts rapidly due to changes in roof temperature and has poor dimensional stability. Furthermore, when a roof base material is formed by pasting non-woven fabric, paper, etc. on the surface of a waterproof base material having the above-mentioned protrusions, it is difficult to adhere these non-woven fabrics, etc. due to the unevenness formed on the surface. There was a problem that it peeled off easily. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a roof base material that is excellent in anti-slip properties and drainage properties, has good dimensional stability, and does not cause delamination. The purpose is to

The nonwoven fabric 4 is made of a material with excellent thermal dimensional stability, and for example, a 100% polyester nonwoven fabric can be used. As shown in FIG. 1, the nonwoven fabric 4 is unwound from the nonwoven fabric roll 7 on which the nonwoven fabric 4 is wound and passed through the coating roll 1. On the outer periphery of the coating roll 1, there are many recesses 2, 2...・
... is formed, and a soft material 3 such as a rubber emulsion is supplied into the recess 2 from a supply roll 8 which is driven adjacent to the recess 2. The soft material 3 filled in the recess 2 is transferred to the surface of the nonwoven fabric 4, and the surface of the nonwoven fabric 4 has a large number of protrusions 5, 5 formed by solidifying the soft material 3.・
・is formed. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, this nonwoven fabric 4 with protrusions 5 formed on its surface is heat-pressed onto the surface of a synthetic resin sheet 6 using a pressure roll 9, and the nonwoven fabric 4 is bonded to the surface of the synthetic resin sheet 6. This provides a roof base material that is integrally affixed. The synthetic resin sheet 6 is obtained by forming a thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride resin into a sheet using a calendar roll 10 as shown in FIG. The resin sheet 6 may be fused to the nonwoven fabric 4, or the synthetic resin sheet 6 may be softened by heating the pressure roll 9 and its vicinity, and the synthetic resin may be bonded to the nonwoven fabric 4 by the pressure roll 9. The sheet 6 may also be fused. In this way, the nonwoven fabric 4 is integrally bonded to the synthetic resin sheet 6, and the bonding strength is strong and delamination does not occur. As shown in FIG. 3, the roof base material formed as described above has a nonwoven fabric 4 having excellent dimensional stability against heat formed on the upper surface, and a synthetic resin sheet 6 having waterproof properties on the lower surface. When laid on the roofing board 12, the dimensions of the roof base material are not affected by changes in the temperature of the roof, and at the same time, rainwater leaking from the roofing material is prevented from building up. There are things you can do to prevent it from getting inside.

When attaching this roof base material to the roof sheathing board 12, as shown in Figure 3, nails 13 or the like are driven into the sheathing board 12 from the upper surface of the protrusion 5 of the roof base material to secure it. However, the surface of the roof base material has many protrusions 5,5
. . . to prevent slipping due to the unevenness formed by Lumber and tiles 1
A gap 15 for drainage is formed between the drain and the drain 4, allowing efficient drainage. Also, Tatsuka nail 13
Since the tacker nail 13 is driven from the upper surface of the protrusion 5, there is no fear of water entering from the part where the tacker nail 13 is driven, and the nail part can be made waterproof. As described above, in the present invention, a large number of protrusions are formed on the surface of a nonwoven fabric, and then this nonwoven fabric is bonded by thermocompression to the surface of a synthetic resin sheet on the back side, so that the synthetic resin sheet is fused to the nonwoven fabric and becomes strong. The nonwoven fabric formed on the surface has excellent thermal dimensional stability, and the roof base material will not deviate in dimension due to changes in roof temperature. It's something that doesn't exist.

Furthermore, since projections are formed on the surface of the roof base material, it can prevent slippage and effectively drain water. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIGS. 1 and 2 are schematic diagrams showing the manufacturing method of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a partially cutaway sectional view showing the same roof base material attached to a roof board. , and FIG. 4 is a partially cutaway sectional view showing a state in which tiles are fixed to the roof base material of the above.
