この発明は感圧接着防水シートに関し、詳しくはルーフ
ィングシートなどの感圧接着により下地材上に貼り付け

水シートは、ジョイントの水密性、下地に対する密着性
を有し、防水シートとして優れた機能を発揮するのであ
るが、下地面が平滑面でありかつ、広面積である場合、
施工時の展開時に、下地面と防水シートとの間に空気を
噛み込んだり、あるいは温熱により生じた下地からの蒸
気に原因していわゆるフクレが生じ、これをスムースに
外部に排気出来ない結果、下地面から剥離してしまうこ

シートの接着面にェンボス加工を施した剥離保護シート
を、該ェンボスの凸面を前記接着面に埋入させて仮着し

態でプレス加工することによって接着面２及び剥離保護
シート３の両者に同時に凹凸加工することが行なわれる
。さらに、第２図に示したように保護剥離紙３の片面の
み凹凸３Ｂ，３Ａを施したものにあっては、接着面２に
重ね合わせ両者をプレスローラなどにより氏着すること
により溝２Ｂを形成すると同時に剥離保護シート３が仮
着される。この発明は、感圧接着面に対し、凹凸面を有
する剥離保護シートを張り合わせた構成であるから、長
期保存状態下においても感圧接着面に形成した空気排出
用溝が消失することがなく、使用時に、剥離保護シート
を剥せば明瞭な形状で溝があ０らわれ、シート展開時下
地面との間にかみ込まれた空気をスムースに排出するこ
とが出釆、より完全な防水シートの感圧接着が可能とな
