Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which enables introduction and adjustment of fresh air to heating atmosphere with simple constitution with the titled device provided with a hot air baking furnace and a deodorizing device by providing specifically heat exchangers, controllers for the rates of supplying and discharging air to and from the heat exchangers and means for controlling the temp. of hot air. CONSTITUTION:Hot air is blown by headers 2 to a material W to be treated in a baking furnace 1 to bake the paint on the surface. The waste gas thereof is fed via a duct 3 to a deodorizing device 5 where the gas is burned and deodorized. The deodorized gas is released through a duct 8. The heat exchanger 13 provided to the duct 8 consists of low- and high-temp. heat exchangers 13a, 13b and the flow rate of the fresh air to be supplied to these exchangers is controlled by a valve 20 which is opened and closed by a controller 9. A controller 10 for the rate of the air to be discharged which opens and closes a valve 11 is so provided to the duct 3 that the solvent in the furnace 1 is not within the explosion limit. The controllers 9, 10 are operated cooperatively and the valve 20 is opened and closed to supply always the fresh air at the flow rate conforming to the flow rate of the air to be discharged from the furnace 1. Control valves 15a, 15b for the air heated to low and high temp. are opened and closed by a temp. controller 18 which is operated by the temp. in the headers 2 so that the mixing rate of both air is controlled to control the air to the prescribed temp.

Conventionally, there are various types of paint baking equipment. For example, a baking glazing furnace is equipped with a direct burner, and this burner burns the paint directly onto the treated material. In this type of product, part of the combustion residue of the fuel and part of the paint burns in the furnace, and the residue adheres to the baking surface, contaminating the baking surface. Also, There is a method in which the JJI gas from the J furnace is burned in an IBJ odor device, etc., and then a part of it is returned to the furnace 1 and used as an atmosphere, but in this case, It addresses the same drawbacks as above.

Furthermore, in order to eliminate or eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the atmosphere in the baking furnace is heated indirectly to heat J! A method of baking the coating 1 by spraying it onto the treated material from a header, etc., which is the outlet means for IiI IIJ1, has also been proposed, but in this method, in order to control the ambient temperature, It is necessary to use four people to provide fresh air, but it is difficult to coordinate the introduction.
In addition, when introducing fresh air, there is a drawback that a complicated adjustment mechanism is required to make the supplied JJF air volume the same.

The present invention was developed as a result of various studies in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional methods. The indirect heating device is used as a high-temperature heat exchanger and a low-temperature heat exchanger, while the amount of gas supplied to the gas exchanger is ] commensurate with the amount of exhaust gas from the furnace (6), and
The temperature of the gas ejected from the header can be easily maintained at a predetermined temperature by adjusting the amount of gas passing through the gas exchanger.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a paint baking device that can eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional method.

Incidentally, an exhaust m controller 1 is installed upstream of the blower 4 in the duct 3.
An opening/closing valve 11 that operates at zero and opens and closes so that the paint solvent concentration in the scorching furnace 1 is outside the explosive limit (for example, 1/4 concentration of the explosive limit) is programmed with an installation number. The air volume control n119 is interlocked with the exhaust m controller 10, and the on-off valve 15 is always opened and closed to supply fresh air in time for the evacuation from the baking furnace 1.

In this case, the baking furnace 1 is filled with paint solvent, but the solvent in the baking furnace 1 is outside the explosive limit (for example, 1/1/2 of the explosive limit).
It is burned in the deodorizing device 5 and discharged by the on-off valve 11 based on the action of the displacement controller 10 so that the temperature is 130 degrees. On the other hand, the discharged baking furnace 1

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the paint baking device of the present invention, the paint on the treated material is baked with high-temperature gas (fresh air) ejected from the header, and the paint baking device uses a direct-fired burner or baking furnace. After the exhaust gas is combusted, it is not used again as atmospheric gas, so there is no possibility that combustion residue will be deposited on the burned surface of the treated material. Moreover,
In order to supply TC fresh air to the header after indirectly heating it with a heat exchanger,
The exhaust air and air supply of the 4 baking furnaces are always balanced, and
The temperature of the gas ejected from the header is controlled by a high-temperature heat exchanger and a low-temperature heat exchanger.
Supply of fresh air to the heat exchanger m/! - Since it is performed by adjusting η, it has the advantage that it can be easily performed with a simple configuration.
