置するとき、上記通路とインレットポートとを連通ずる
溝をインテークバルブのステムに形成し、さらに上記通
路に負圧コントロールバルブを配設し、この負圧コント
ロールバルブの圧力室と上記インレットポートとを連通
させ、上記インテークバルブが開弁状態に位置するとき
であって、インレットポート内の負圧が所定圧以下にな
った際には、該負圧によって上記負圧コントロールバル
ブを作動させ、もって上記通路を開成させてインレット
ポートに大気を導入さ ゛せるようにしたことを特徴
