  1. 方形の底板およびこの底板の周縁部を上方に屈曲して形
    成した側板を有し、該側板によって開口部が形成され、
    かつ１枚のＧ、　Ｒ，Ｃシートによって全体が一体的に
    形成されていることを特徴とする防音パネル。
