Apply mold release wax to the lip of the porcelain, press it down to the extent that the tooth neck is slightly buried, position it, leave it for about an inch to naturally harden, and then put it in an electric furnace. A method was used in which the temperature was gradually raised from room temperature to around 800°C over a period of about 2 minutes, and then soldered.

く説明する。With this method, rapid heating is not possible as the soldering investment material will crack or break, so it takes a long time to heat up. In addition, the porcelain material (porcelain) deteriorates and discolors severely due to long-term heating, and the soldering investment material that supports the prosthetic crown has a large mass that cannot be soldered from below. Since it is heated, it expands and deforms, resulting in problems such as deviating from the dimensional accuracy of the prosthetic crown. The purpose of this system is to compensate for these shortcomings, make technical work easier, shorten heating time, improve quality and dimensional accuracy, make work easier, and at the same time shorten work time. , will be explained in detail based on the drawings.

This support plate 1 is made of a metal whose expansion coefficient is the same as or similar to that of the prosthetic crown metal, or of alumina ceramics or silicon nitride ceramics, and has a large number of small holes 1a or long holes 1b drilled in the plate surface. There is. Further, legs 1c are appropriately provided around the periphery, so that it can be placed directly on an appropriate stand for work, or can be used to position it on a pedestal 5, which will be described later. 2 is the support pin, the 5th
As shown in the figure, the lower end is inserted into the small hole 1a or the long hole 1b of the support plate 1, and the inner cavity of the prosthetic crown 3 is placed over the tip to support it, and is similar to the support plate 1 described above. As shown in Figure 3, there are various types of pins, such as straight ones (A), ones with a flange at the mouth, and ones with the top and bottom of the pin eccentric at the position of the tsuba (C). The tip 2a is flattened to make it easier to stand on the paste-like soldering investment material filled in the inner cavity of the prosthetic crown 3, and the flat surface prevents rotation, and the lower end is slightly shaved off. 2b, and those with a flange have a flange shape other than circular to prevent rotation when fixing with an investment material for soldering described later.

1 serves as a receiving part when it is planted on the support plate 1, and the eccentric part 3 is adjusted by turning in order to align it with the alignment of the teeth of the prosthetic crown 3. A large number of support pins 2 having various shapes as described above are prepared, and an appropriate one is selected and used.

Since the position is less likely to go out of order, accuracy is improved. Next, the inner cavity of the prosthetic crown 3 is also filled with the investment material for soldering, and the tip of the support pin 2 is covered with it and the setting work is completed.
Leave this for about 30 minutes until it hardens naturally.

If you use the pedestal 5, remove the pedestal and 8.
When placed in an electric furnace adjusted to about 20℃, the temperature ranges from 30 to 608℃.
The temperature of the prosthetic crown 3 is now suitable for soldering.

次の使用に備えておくものである。At this time, if you melt 1 cypress solder 7 with a blow vibrator and apply it to the tip of the soldering jig 6, which is a long nickel chrome wire with an appropriate handle, it will adhere as a round ball.
When a small bead of cypress is applied to the joints of adjacent prosthetic crowns, which are the soldering points, on top of which borax has been applied as flux, 1.
The cypress metal flows neatly and is soldered. One after another, the adjacent teeth are soldered using the same process. Once soldering is completed, the prosthetic crown is removed from the electric furnace and cooled, and the prosthetic crown is removed from the support pins to complete a series of metal bonded porcelain and crownwork prosthetic crowns. However, in the case of crown work,
Since the porcelain is not welded and only metal is used, it is possible to heat and solder with a blow vibrator as usual without using an electric furnace. After completing the soldering in this manner, the soldering investment material is removed and the support plate 1 and the support pins 2 are prepared for the next use.

置として、すべての点て優れた画期的なものである。The product completed as described above has an extremely short heating time of about 30 to 6 [phases], so there is very little oxidation of the metal parts, and very little deterioration or discoloration of the porcelain parts. Because the amount of expensive 1 hinoki iron used is minimal,
It is very economical, and the combination of the support plate and support pin makes it easy to position the prosthetic crown, and since it is firmly fixed with the solder investment material, it is accurate without any deviations, and a product of extremely high quality can be obtained. Moreover, the series of work times can be significantly shortened compared to conventional methods, making it highly efficient.Furthermore, the use of a cradle further improves work efficiency, making it an excellent dental brazing device in all respects. It is temporary.
