ので、その目的とする処は、製作が簡単で、前記シート
における水中構造物の基底部周縁から突出する自由端部
の波浪、水流による揺動に基因する同端部の土砂の洗掘
を防止する、改良された水中構造物の基底部安定用シー
トを供する点にある。

同有孔管が自然に沈降し、この沈降の進行に伴つて周辺
の土砂及び漂砂が上部より進入し、有孔管は砂とともに
水底地盤内に埋没し、同地盤内の土砂と有孔管内の土砂
とが連通することによつて水底地盤と有孔管とが一体化
されたアンカー部が構成され、この結果前記シートの自
由端部は水底地盤上に安定した状態で保持される。従つ
て水中構造物の基底部周縁より突出した前記シートにお
ける自由端部の水流、波浪による揺動が防止され、この
揺動によるシート自由端部の下部地盤の洗掘が防止され
、地耐力の不均等に基因する水中構造物の不等沈下が防
止されるものである。 従来この種のシートを製作する
場合、シート自由端縁に捲曲された環状部に、現場にお
いて横からパイプを挿入し、しかるのち同パイプの嵌装
されたシート環状部を現場に組立てられた支持枠に立て
かけてパイプ内にコンクリートを投入していたが、出来
上り製品は吊上げると1TrL当り500に9位となり
