Upper and lower frames made of a fiber-reinforced composite material in which left and right arm parts parallel to each other and front and rear beam parts which face each other in the front-rear direction and are close to each other in the center part are integrally formed into a bow tie shape. A connecting fitting for attaching a tie, an absorber, etc. is provided at a position in front of the rear beam part of the left and right arm parts, and a cylindrical part is formed in a part of the mating part of the upper and lower frames.
