本発明は軟弱地盤地帯トに家屋等を建設する際に予めソ
イルセメント柱体を作り、地盤を強化させる地盤改良の

用の地盤強化法として土中にセメントミルクを注入し、
土と混合し−Cソイルコンクリートとして地盤を強化す

ルセメント柱体を作る際に、オーツノ゛−の中心軸に取
付けたバイブレータの振動により土塊をほぐすことによ
り均質なソイルセメントが得られるようにするものであ

実施例の特徴はコンクリ−1・の振動締固めに使用する
棒状パイブレーク8を、アースオーガー2の中心軸を通
して、そのアースオーガー2の先端部の先端掘削羽根4
より突出させ、アースオーツノー2がフィルセメント形
成用穴部5内で流入されたセメントミルクと土を攪拌す
る際に、これと同時に棒状バイブレータ8により土の塊
りを崩し、均一なノイルセメント柱体を作りあげ、これ
を、これから建物を建設しようとする軟弱地盤上の所望
の位置に形成することにより地盤改良を行なうものであ

と土を混合する際に、土塊をパイプレークにより細かく
均質にほぐすことが容易であるため、極めて粒子の揃っ
たソイルセメントを得ることができ、特性の良好なソイ
ルセメント柱体による安定な地盤改良を軟弱地盤地帯上

用い、土質よりなる軟弱地盤に対して、前記アースオー
カーにより掘削を行って所望の深度の穴部を形成し、そ
の穴部にセメントミルクを注入すると共に土を供給して
これをアースオーガにより攪拌する際に、前記のバイブ
レータにより土塊をほぐしつつ攪拌してソイルセメント
を形成する工程を穴の底部から」二部捷で逐次アースオ
ーガを引き上げつつ行うことにより前記掘削した穴部内
にメイルセメント柱体を形成し、これを前記軟弱地盤を
有する所要の個所にそれぞれ繰返し行うことを特徴とす
