As is well known, 2" x 4" wooden buildings are becoming more and more popular, but their exterior walls are made by pasting metal lath on a plywood base, then applying mortar and spraying with lysine. Since plywood is simply a combination of adjacent plywood boards joined together, cracks have traditionally occurred along the joints of the underlying plywood boards.

The reason for this is that although there are differences in the elastic behavior of the base plywood, the metal lath, and the mortar layer, the base plywood and mortar layer are not integrated, so the results of the expansion and contraction behavior are different. It seems that cracks are likely to occur along the joints. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and includes holes formed on the left and right sides of the crack line in the wall surface for pouring a filler from the mortar layer on the surface to the underlying plywood board. , a step of forming a plurality of grooves for embedding the body of the scraper, which are formed in series between the holes, at regular intervals along the crack line;
A process of forming the crack into a groove shape so that resin can be easily injected into the crack; A process of integrating the base plywood board and the mortar layer by driving a filler into the above-mentioned pouring hole so as to straddle the crack; The process consists of injecting epoxy resin into the area where the glazing has been placed, embedding the glazing, and injecting epoxy resin into the molded grooves to form adjacent pieces into a single sheet; and finishing the surface of the mortar layer. Method J for repairing mortar walls in 2" x 4" wooden buildings, the purpose of which is to provide a method that can completely repair cracks in building walls caused by the 12" x 4" construction method. .

That is, it is an object of the present invention to provide a construction method that not only repairs the surface but also completely removes the defects of the above-mentioned 2'' x 4'' building wall surface and can repair cracks. Another object of the present invention is to provide a construction method that can repair cracks easily and easily without requiring major modification of existing parts. Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 1 shows a mortar wall constructed using the 2'' x 4'' construction method, in which a metal lath is applied to a base plywood board and then mortar is applied. Due to the difference in behavior and the expansion/contraction behavior of the mortar layer, cracks B were generated along seam A of the base plywood board.

The present invention is a method for effectively repairing this, and it consists of the following steps. First, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, use a drill to drill holes 1 at regular intervals along the line of crack B on the wall, with the line of crack B in the middle. Open.

The above-mentioned casting hole 1 is made to a depth that reaches from the mortar layer 2 to the base plywood board 3. For example, the pore size is 5-9.5Tn! T
Holes with a tl depth of 12-20wn are drilled at a 50-100-pitch. Next, a groove 4 is inserted between the left and right holes 1 and 1.
form so that the body of the kasugai is embedded.
Furthermore, the crack B is formed into a groove shape 5, and the epoxy resin is processed to be easily injected. By drilling the holes and forming the grooves, preparations for pouring the glazing are completed. Then;
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the groins 6 are driven into the holes 1 and 1 located on the left and right with the line of the crack B in the middle. The glazing 6 is driven in such a way that the body 7 is embedded in the groove 4. Then, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, epoxy resin 8 is injected into the holes 12, grooves 4, and molded grooves 5.

By curing the epoxy resin 8, the glazing 6 is firmly embedded and fixed. Therefore, the surface mortar layer 2 and the underlying plywood board 3 are tightly integrated. Also, due to the 3-epoxy resin 8 injected into the groove 5 of the crack B, the adjacent parts with the crack inside become a single plate. After this, if the epoxy resin 8 on the surface is smoothed and finished by spraying the finishing material 9 as shown in Figure 8, all traces of cracks on the mortar wall will disappear 3 and the wall will look like a normal wall. .

Then, epoxy resin 8 is injected and hardened. For this purpose, the base plywood board 3 and the mortar layer 2 are integrated. When integrated, the base plywood board 3 and the mortar layer 2 have uniform expansion and contraction behavior, so the cause of cracks in the mortar wall of the 2'' x 4'' building is eliminated.
