じる間隙は短かいものであり、且つトラバースガイドよ
り糸を外す為には各糸寄片は上記間隙中に存在している
ことが必要であり、又ボビン上の捲糸層捲き太りに従つ
てトラバースガィド中で糸が移動し、この為トラバース
ガイドの糸挿入孔は若干の深さを有していることが必要
で上記2つの理由から前記糸寄片の糸接触面の傾斜角は
大とならJざるを得ず、この為糸寄片のボビン軸方向へ
の移動の際トラバースガイドよりうまく糸が外れず、パ
ッチ捲の失敗は勿論、悪い時には糸切断を生じて糸掛か
らやり直さなければならなくなるといつた欠点があつた
のである。

バーと、スライド片の移動用シリンダとからなり、スラ
イド片にはガイド管に形成した傾斜部を有する長溝に係
合する円柱部を設けたので、移動用シリンダによるスラ
イド片の移動に伴つてくし歯状の突出部を有する糸寄レ
バーがガイド管まわりで螺旋を画いて移動し、各糸はく
し歯状突出部間の部分によつてトラバースガイドから確
実に外され、さらにくし歯状突出部に引掛けられてボビ
ン外側のパンチ捲部位へと確実に移動され、しかも上記
トラバースガイドからの糸外しと糸の横移動が糸寄レバ
ーの螺旋運動によつて連続的に行われるから、冒頭に述
べたような棒捲きの発生がない。さらに装置全体がボビ
ン支持軸に平行に設けたガイド管と、該ガイド管中に挿
通されたスライド片と、該スライド片の移動用シリンダ
とから構成されるので、コンパクトであり複数のボビン
が並んだ余分スペースの少い捲糸機にも楽に付設するこ
とができ、しかも糸外しロッドをガイド管を利用して旋

ビンへ糸掛けを行い、次に糸外しロッドを後退させた上
