方に破断を拡大するに従つて破断に要する力が著しく大
きくなり、婦女子による破断開缶が困難てある。そこて
破断開封を容易とする為に種々の改良が行なわれ(例え
ば実開昭48−9105吟)、又、缶材質をアルミニウ
ムとすると共に生産工程における割れの防止、変形の防
止、又輸送に際しての衝撃に耐える強度の付与等が考慮
されている。 この様に開封を容易としつつ、生産工程
において不用意に開口用スコア−が破断しない様にする

ブ19を固着し、前記リングタブ19を引き上げて前記
開口用スコアー11に囲まれた除去開口部を取り除くよ
うにした簡易開口容器の蓋体10であつて、前記開口用
スコアー11の内側方に沿つて補助スコアー12を設け
、該補助スコアー12はリングタブ19の先端近くで不
連続とされ、更に該補助スコアー12の内側に沿う様に
ビード13を設け、該ビード13もリングタブ19の先
端近くで不連続とされ、且一つ、前記補助スコアー12
の不連続部分をビード13の不連続部分よりも長くした
ことを特徴とする蓋体10であり、又、本発明に係る製
造方法はパネル部の外周に沿つて該外周よりもやや内側
方に開口用スコアー11を形成し、前記パネル部の二開
口用スコアー11の所要部分上に押圧部15が当接する
ようにリングタブ19を固着し、前記リングタブ19を
引き上げて前記開口用スコアー11に囲まれた除去開口
部を取り除くようにした簡易開口容器の蓋体10におい
て、少なくとも、円3形開口用スコアー11を設けると
共に、前記リングタブ19の押圧部15に近い部分を除
き前記開口用スコアー11に沿いやや内側方に更に補助
スコアー12を設け、然る後に補助スコアー12に沿い
やや内側方であつて、且つ前記補助スコアー412の先
端12″よりも一層リングタブ19の押圧部15の近く
に先端13″をもつたビード13を設けることを特徴と

が過度に容易となることがないように応力を分散させる
ものである。この様に開口用スコアー11及び補助スコ
アー12を設けた後にビード13を成形してビード13
を形成し、開口容易性を与えつつ補助スコアー12によ
り過度に応力が集中することを防止するものてあつて、
開口に際し、特に大きな破断力を要する初期開口部分周
辺では、ビード13の先端13゛よりも敢て補助スコア

不連続部分がビード13の不連続部分よりも広く設けら
れている故、リングタブ19の先端近傍における開口用
スコアー11の残存部16にはビード13の成形時等に
応力が集中してくびれ14を生じさせ、この応力の集中
は開口用スコアー11及び補助スコアー12の形成後に
ビード13を形成する場合に、最も効率良く開口用スコ
アー11に集中させることがでる。

造に際し、開口用スコアー11及び補助スコアー12を

傍に他の部分よりも大なるくびれ14を生じさせる。こ
