Conventionally, a suppository container has been proposed in which the suppository is taken out from the inside of the container surrounded by the seal by peeling off the surrounding seal. With this type of suppository container, if the seal part is fully opened, there is a risk that the suppository may fall out from inside the container, so only peel it off at about half-open, and in this half-open state, remove the suppository from inside the container using tweezers. It is desirable to use it to extract it. However, with conventional suppository containers, it takes a considerable amount of force to peel off the seal, so it is difficult to successfully stop the peeling when it is halfway open, and in many cases, the peeling progresses to the end all at once. , this will cause the suppository to fall. In this case, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 15180/1983, if the seal width of the part that is first peeled is reduced to reduce the force required for initial peeling, peeling will proceed all at once to the end. Although this tendency can be suppressed to some extent, even if the initial peeling operation force is reduced, the subsequent peeling operation of the seal portion still requires a considerable amount of force, so it is necessary to stop the peeling operation at a predetermined point in the middle. had the trouble of requiring a lot of attention. These problems can be solved, for example, by reducing the peel strength of the seal to allow gradual peeling, but this would cause the temperature inside the container to rise above body temperature during transportation or storage, causing the suppository to dissolve. When this happens, there is a risk that the suppository may leak or ooze from the seal. In addition, the peel strength of the upper and lower parts of the seal part is set so that the upper part is slightly smaller than the lower part.
Efforts have been made to limit the peeling of the seal part to only the upper part, but when heat sealing the seal part with this method, the heat sealing operation is divided into the upper part and the lower part, making the heat sealing process complicated. There was a problem with that.

The present invention has been made with the aim of eliminating such conventional problems. Specifically, the present invention provides a suppository container having an unsealed portion 4 for peeling and opening the sealed portion 2 of the container portion 1. , the seal portion 4
The present invention relates to a suppository container characterized in that cuts 3, 3 are provided at the intermediate portions of both sides of the seal portion 2 continuing in the direction of peeling progress from the present invention to reduce the effective width of the seal and sharply lower the peeling operation force.

At this time, in the present invention, the notches 3, 3 are formed at positions approximately at the center height on both sides of the seal portion 2, so the effective width of the seal at the position where these notches 3, 3 are formed is the same as that of the notches 3, 3. The area is narrowed by 3 minutes, and the force required to peel off this area is also smaller than other areas due to the narrower area. As a result, even if the peeling strength of the seal part 2 is relatively large and peeling progresses all at once, when the peeling reaches the notch 3, the peeling operation force decreases rapidly and the force is suddenly released. This lightness is sensed by the human body as a warning signal, and the peeling operation can be immediately interrupted when the weight becomes lighter. According to the present invention, the peeling and opening of the seal portion 2 can always be stopped stably and reliably at a position approximately at the center height of the notches 3, 3, and the problem of suppositories falling out can be eliminated. Furthermore, the problem of suppositories falling can be solved by applying an extremely simple additional means of providing notches 3, 3 at approximately the center height on both sides of the sealing part 2, so that the purpose of preventing suppositories from falling can be solved. This can be achieved without reducing sealing performance or increasing manufacturing costs.

In the present invention, the seal portion 2 is shown in FIGS. 5 and 11.
As is clear from the enlarged cross-sectional view of the figure, for example, two polysalt vinyl sheets 2a, 2a are heat-sealed using low-density polyethylene (not shown) laminated on the inner surface as an adhesive. In this case, in order to expand the sealing area and increase the peel strength, it is possible to press the seal in a fine wave shape. An unsealed part 4 for opening operation is formed at the lower end of the sealed part 2 (which becomes the upper end when peeled and opened).

The notches 3 formed on both sides of the seal part 2 may be any shape such as a horizontal line, a triangle, a square, or an arc. It is shown. Also, the depth of the cut 3 is not particularly limited, but 1
Approximately 3 mm or so is appropriate. The notch 3 may be formed at a position where the suppository (not shown) can be taken out from the container part 1 when the seal part 2 is opened up to the notch 3 position.
A position approximately at the height of the center of the container portion 1 is suitable.

The shape of the container portion 1 is not particularly limited; for example, a cannonball shape as shown in FIGS.
A rectangular shape as shown in Fig. 12 can be adopted.

In the suppository container of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, a plurality of suppository containers may be connected together through perforations 5, and the suppositories may be separated one by one along the perforations 5 during use. In addition, in the suppository container of the present invention, liquefied suppositories are poured into each suppository container part 1 without bonding the mouth end seal part 2b of the container, and after cooling and solidifying the suppository sufficiently, heat is applied to the mouth end seal part 2b. The product is then glued and sealed, and the excess that is created during this process is cut off.
