とダイス穴とによつて板材を製品フランジ部外形の被加
工材としてダイス穴内に打抜き、引続いて打抜いた被加
工材をダイス穴底とポンチとによつて加圧しながらマン
ドレルを突き出すことにより、被加工材の外周部を製品
フランジ部の厚さに成形し、その時材料の一部がダイス
金具透孔内に隆起して流れ込む現象と突出するマンドレ
ルの作用とによつて帽子状の製品中空部を成形し、以上
の工程を一工程として、両金具およびマンドレルを元に
戻し、製品をエジエクトして、板材を移動し、再び上記
工程を行うことを繰返すようにしたことを特徴とするフ
ランジ付中空製品の製造方法。1.
