Double-lumen (two 40 mm) or triple-lumen (one 40 mm) catheters as shown in , B, C, and D have been used.

Furthermore, if the relationship between the organ opening into which the catheter is inserted, or the position of the stoma, and the affected area is poor, it may be difficult to reach the end of the catheter no matter how you try. In order to avoid the above disadvantages, or if it is difficult to use the catheters mentioned above, it is recommended to first insert a thin tube with a tip that is easy to bend, and after reaching the affected area in the organ, insert the thin tube into the body of the thin tube. A method of inserting a wood tube into the body that can accommodate this thin tube while securing the outside, and using the wood tube for drainage, or vice versa, a method of inserting the wood tube first and inserting the thin tube later. etc. can be mentioned.

Furthermore, the inside of this double pipe joint is likely to be unsanitary and difficult to clean. An object of the present invention is to make the relative positions of the plurality of 40 in-body openings variable in the existing catheter, which are fixed, and to eliminate the need for a double tube joint.

The through hole 4 of the outer tube is larger than the outer diameter of the inner tube, and is closed so as not to obstruct passage of the inner tube. A highly elastic lip-like piece 5 is provided on the inner periphery of this through-hole, and the outer wall of the inner tube is in close contact with this lip-like piece. The elastic lip is made of the same material as the outer tube of the catheter, or of a different material, flexible rubber, or soft plastic, and its shape is such that the inner tube crosses the outer wall of the catheter so that it is in close contact with the outer wall of the inner tube. The opening has a similar shape that is equal to or smaller than the actual cross section.

A lip-like piece is provided at the end of a horizontal tube.

As other embodiments of the present invention, an outer tube having one or two additional ports is used (FIG. 7), a plurality of inner tubes are used (FIG. 8),
There are cases where an inner tube with a special structure is used (FIG. 9A, B, and C). Since the present invention has the above-described structure, the liquid flowing in the outer tube does not leak out from the opening of the inner tube because of the watertightness due to the elasticity of the lip.

It is also possible to separate the liquid inlet and drain port in this way. In addition, in normal use, if several types of outer tubes and several types of inner tubes are prepared, catheters of many shapes can be obtained by combining them, and multiple catheters can be used inside the body. The relative positions of the openings can be freely adjusted according to the shape and size of the affected organ;
In fact, it corresponds to dozens of different types of catheters, and its economical effects are significant.

In this case, it is more preferable to make the inner and outer tubes from X-ray projecting materials), which has great therapeutic and medical effects.

If the inner tube can be attached and the opening position of the inner tube inside the body is to be changed later, according to the conventional method, if the mutual positions of the inner and outer tubes are different, the inner tube is removed once and another inner tube is inserted. However, the catheter of the present invention had to be jointed to match the length, which took a long time.
(as is) can be easily operated from the outside.
