Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate combination scale, whose operating time is short, by providing a plurality of units each comprising two measuring hoppers, which alternately measure materials to be measured, and forming combinations, wherein one measured value is used from each unit of memory hoppers, into which the materials to be measured are conveyed from two measuring hoppers of each unit. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of units S1-S12 each comprising two measuring hoppers, which alternately measure materials to be measured, are provided. Memory hopper units M1-M18 each comprising three hoppers are provided under the measuring hoppers. The materials to be measured can be supplied to the central hopper M2 from either measuring hopper S1 or S2. One measured value is used to form a combination from each unit of the hopper units M1-M18. The combination, whose measured value of the weight is close to a preset weight value, is selected among the obtained combinations. Thus the combination scale whose operating time is short is obtained.

Such a combination weigher of the present invention is provided with a plurality of sets of two weighing hoppers that alternately weigh the supplied objects to be weighed, and the objects to be weighed are brought in from both weighing hoppers of each set. At the same time, a memory hopper is arranged for each group, and each group participates in 961 weighing values to create combinations.
The method is characterized in that a combination of measurement values that reaches a set amount of liters or a weight close to the set weight is selected from among the yield combinations.

An example of the implementation of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4. In the figures, (Sl)...(812) is a weighing hopper, and each weighing hopper (Sl)...(S12) is a weighing hopper. Each weighing device weighs the supplied objects to be weighed, and two weighing devices are not provided as a set, and the weighing operation is, in principle, performed alternately.

This is because one of the weighing hoppers (SIXS2) of the same set is always stocked with already weighed objects, but the other is in storage, so the memory hopper (Ml) of the same set is always stocked with weighed objects. This is because if (Mz) becomes empty at the same time, the object to be weighed cannot be directly supplied.

+ 210 + 120 + 45 + 10 +1
= 1023, and it is rare to combine more than that. This is because each time the number of hoppers increases, the number of combinations increases slightly and the combination calculation time increases. For example, when the number of combination hoppers increases to 11, the number of combinations becomes 2047.

In this embodiment, since there are no combinations taken from the same set, the number of weighing hoppers is set to 12 to increase the number of combinations. The total number of combinations in this example is 6CIX21+6C2X22+6C3X2"+6C4X
2'+6C5X250aCaX26 = 12 + 60 + 480 +240 + 19
2 + 64 = 1048.

Although there are two more weighing hoppers in this embodiment, the accuracy is superior to that of the conventional method, and the weighed objects are supplied to the empty memory hopper without waiting time, improving efficiency. good. As described above, the present invention provides a plurality of sets of two weighing hoppers that alternately weigh supplied objects to be weighed, and the weighed objects are carried in from both weighing hoppers of each set. Memory Horapara will be allocated to one Tsukuda for each group, and
The combination scale is constructed so that one weighing value from each group is entered to create a combination, and a combination of weighing values that reaches a set weight or a weight close to the set weight is selected from among the combined yields.
There is no dead time in the combination time due to measurement time, and the combination speed is quick and efficient.
