Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）濾過室を構成する容器に処理流体の導入部および
    導出部を設け、容器内に積層板式エツジタイプフィルタ
    を支持し、このエツジタイプフィルタは、外径の異なる
    ２種のディスクを交互に積層してディスクの径差間に濾
    過用微少間隙を形成することにより構成し、積層された
    大径ディスクの間には再生用スクレーパ板を介在させ、
    エツジタイプフィルタの外部空間を導入部に連通させる
    とともにその内部空間を導出部に連通させ、すべてのデ
    ィスクの中央部は１本の再生用軸に固定した構造の濾過
    装置において、再生用スクレーパ板を小径ディスクの外
    周面に圧着する装置を設けたことを特徴とする濾過装置
    。
  2. （２）再生用スクレーパ板を小径ディスク外周面に圧着
    する装置を、ディスクと相対位置関係が固定されかつス
    クレーパ板を緩く嵌着するようなスクレーパ板支軸と、
    スクレーパ板支軸を挾んでスクレーパ板に設けられた孔
    に隙間なく嵌着し、半径方向に変位可能な移動軸と、ス
    クレーパ板支軸に巻回され、両端の脚が前記移動軸をデ
    ィスクへ向かって押圧するように該移動軸に当接させら
    れたコイルばねとにより構成してなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の濾過装置。
  3. （３）再生用軸の一端を容器外部に設けたアクチュエー
    タに連結し、エツジタイプフィルタの円周方向の少なく
    とも２個所に再生用スクレーパ板を設け、アクチュエー
    タは３６０’以下の角度内で自動的に往復揺動する形式
    のものとしてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または
    第２項記載の濾過装置。
