The structure of the conventional example and its problems The first method for manufacturing this type of cloth heating device in the past
As shown in the figure, a heating wire 2 is wired to the base 1'J'IAI, and a heat-melting film 4 is placed on top of the wire temporarily fixed with an adhesive tape 3.1. In some cases, a method is used in which a surface fabric material 5 is placed on top of the base material 5 and the entire body is bonded by applying heat and pressure, or as shown in FIG.
This heating wire 2 is temporarily fixed with a thermofusible stable 6, and the outer fabric material 5 is placed on the bottom and heated and pressurized to melt the stable 6 and fix the heating wire 2. There is something I use.

However, in the manufacturing method of the cloth heating device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is not possible to temporarily fix the heating wire 2 with the adhesive tape 3 or the stable 6 after the wiring of the heating wire 2 is completed. While wiring, it must be temporarily fixed with adhesive tape 3 or stable 6, which makes manufacturing difficult. There was a problem in that the adhesive tape 3 and the stable 6, which are the materials used, were left behind, which increased the weight and made both the user and the user feel uncomfortable.

Structure of the Invention To achieve the above object, there is provided a multilayer film formed by releasably bonding together a first film that has heat-melting properties and a second film that has a higher melting temperature than the first film or does not melt. A heat generating wire is wired to the first film side of the film, and after the heat generating wire is fixed to the first film by heat treatment, the second film is removed and the heat generating wire is placed between the base material and the outer fabric material. The whole is glued together by sandwiching and applying heat and pressure. With this method, temporary fixing of the second heating wire can be carried out easily and reliably, and the manufacturing auxiliary material for temporarily fixing the heating wire is not left behind inside the fabric sheet heating device, making it lightweight. This has the effect of being able to supply inexpensive fabric heating devices.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGS. 3a and 3b are a perspective view and a sectional view of essential parts of a multilayer film 12 and a heating wire 11 in an embodiment in which the heating wire 11 is placed in a wiring jig 13. They are arranged in a predetermined pattern, and the multilayer film 12 is placed on top of the multilayer film 12 with its low temperature melting film 14 side facing the heating wire 11.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the state in which the heating wire 11 is fixed to the multilayer film 12, in which the heating wire 11 and the low-temperature melting film (for example, about 110° C. or melting temperature of polyethylene) 14 are heated and pressurized by the heating plate 15. The hot platen 15 and the high-temperature melting film (for example, polyester, which has a melting temperature of about 200° C. or higher) 16 do not weld together.

Figure 6 shows the heating wire 1 after removing the high temperature melting film 14.
The structure is such that a low-temperature melting film 14 with a fixed material 1 is supported by a base material 17 and an outer fabric material 18. By heating and pressurizing the whole, the low-temperature melting film 14 melts and forms the base material 17 and outer fabric material. The material 18 and the heating wire 11 are bonded together.

In the above embodiment, the multilayer film 12 is composed of a low-temperature melting film 14 and a high-temperature melting film 16, but the high-temperature melting film 16 has an extremely high melting temperature and substantially no melting properties. Good too.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, a multilayer film is produced by laminating a first film having heat-melting properties and a second film having a higher melting temperature than the first film or a second film having a lower melting temperature than the first film. After wiring a heating wire to the first film side and fixing the heating wire to the first film by heat treatment, the second film was removed. Since the entire body is held in between by heating and pressurizing, this method allows the temporary fixing of the heating wire to be carried out easily and reliably, and also assists in the production of a container for temporarily fixing the heating wire. Since the material is not left behind in the cloth sheet warming device, it is possible to supply the cloth sheet heating device which is lightweight and inexpensive, and which does not give a sense of discomfort.
