The inside of the case body is divided into two working chambers.
A diaphragm in which a pair of plates that hold the diaphragm are arranged on both sides of the diaphragm at the center thereof, and these plates are connected by a connecting member inserted into a central hole formed in the center of the diaphragm. In the device, an annular thick part that is thicker than the film thickness of the diaphragm is formed around the center hole of the diaphragm, and the thick part is attached to the connecting member when the diaphragm is held between the plates from both sides. A diaphragm device characterized in that the space between the center hole of the diaphragm and the connecting member is hermetically sealed by the pressing force.
