本発明は、タイヤカット仕上の外観を呈する立体形状の
針の製造方法に関するものである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional needle having a tire-cut appearance.
従来、タイヤカット針の種類としては第1図に示すよう

When diamond-cutting such a needle, it is common practice to fix the needle to a face plate or the like, and then diamond-cut the entire upper surface of the needle, including the seat portion 1. However, as shown in Fig. 2, when processing a needle whose upper surface 2 and slope 3 are mirror-finished, when the slope 3 is finished with a diamond cut, the slope 3 is not a uniform plane, and the slope 3 is not flat. It was impossible to finish the slope 3 with a diamond cut because the extension would immediately hit the seat part 1.

。In addition, there is a method of finishing the slope 3 to a mirror surface by para-polishing, etc., but this is difficult for the same reasons as mentioned above, and even if it were possible, only a needle with poor polishing quality could be obtained.

第3図に於いて本発明の製造方法について説明する。The manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG.

Set a die in an air press or the like to make the seat part 1 strong and press it with a flat punch 8.
