DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional needle having a tire-cut appearance.

Conventionally, there have been two types of tire cutting needles, such as a flat cut needle (a) and a mountain cut needle (a), as shown in FIG. When diamond-cutting such a needle, it is common practice to fix the needle to a face plate or the like, and then diamond-cut the entire upper surface of the needle, including the seat portion 1. However, as shown in Fig. 2, when processing a needle whose upper surface 2 and slope 3 are mirror-finished, when the slope 3 is finished with a diamond cut, the slope 3 is not a uniform plane, and the slope 3 is not flat. It was impossible to finish the slope 3 with a diamond cut because the extension would immediately hit the seat part 1.

In addition, there is a method of finishing the slope 3 to a mirror surface by para-polishing, etc., but this is difficult for the same reasons as mentioned above, and even if it were possible, only a needle with poor polishing quality could be obtained.

本発明は、上記問題を解決する針の新規な製造方法を提

The present invention seeks to provide a novel method for manufacturing needles that solves the above problems.

第3図に於いて本発明の製造方法について説明する。The manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG.

The needle 4 is made into a blank with a □-shaped cross section with a cutting allowance left in the conventional manner, and then a flat diamond cut is made on the upper surface (it becomes exactly as shown in Figure 1a).

After that, as shown in FIG. 4, the needle 4 is placed so that the diamond-cut surface of the needle 4 is aligned with the die, which is three-dimensionally composed of split molds 5, 6, and 7 whose surfaces are mirror-finished. Set a die in an air press or the like to make the seat part 1 strong and press it with a flat punch 8.

Since the upper surface 9 of the needle 4 has been cut with a flat diamond in advance, a high-quality needle with a convex cross-section having a three-dimensional diamond-cut upper surface and an inclined surface is produced.

The needle shown in FIG. 4 is another example of a needle treated by the manufacturing method of the present invention, in which the upper surface of the dozen divided molds 6 in FIG. Because it is finished, the slope 10 is the tire cut surface and the upper surface 11

As described above, according to the processing method of the present invention, it is possible to produce a needle having a three-dimensional diamond cut surface, which could not be achieved using conventional processing methods, and it is possible to create a novel expression in terms of design.

If the manufacturing method according to the present invention is applied to such thin needles, a luxurious three-dimensional expression can be obtained even though the needles are thin, and the effect of the invention is extremely large.
