鋳型造型機における金型のダイプレートヘの取付方法と
してはネジ止め方式、シリンダーを用いる動力方式など
があり、その例を第1図に示す。即ちネジ止め方式は第
1図の固定側金型1の取付機構の如く、ダイプレート2
に設けた回動式ボルト3にネジ4により金型1を取付け
る場合、又同図の可動側金型5の取付機構のようにシリ
ンダー6の作動により金型取付用爪8により金型5を可
動側タイプレート7に取付ける方式が実施されている。
しかしながら、ネジ止め方式はバイス装置内における手
作業てあつて危険を伴うものであり、更に取付けに要す
る作業時間が長い等の欠点 がある。又、動力方式では
シリリノダーヘの配管が必要であり、又不測の事故によ
りシリンダーヘの圧縮空気の供給が停止した時、金型が
離脱しないように図示の如く両側の金型取付用爪間にス
プリング9を配設する等の配慮を要し、従つて当然取付
機構が複雑化する欠点がある。 本発明者は従来方式の
諸欠点を解消すべく種々研究した結果本発明の開発に成
功したものであり、本発明の要旨は前記特許請求の範囲
各項に明記したとおりであるが、本発明を添付図面に示
す一例に基いて更に詳述する。

た複数個(図においては夫々の金型に対して4個)の金
型取付用爪てある。該金型取付用爪8(以下単に爪と言
う)それぞれの基部には爪駆動軸10が螺合する如く構
成してある。この爪駆動軸10はその両端部の適当長さ
部分に右ネジ部Rと左ネジ部Lがネジ切りしてあり、こ
のネジ部R及びLが爪8の基部それぞれに螺合させてあ
る。又、爪駆動軸10の一方又は両端部にはハンドル係
合部11が設けてあり、着脱式ハンドル(図示せす)と
係合させて、爪駆動軸10を回転させるものである。尚
、第3図において、12は金型装着用位置決めピンを示
し、金型を離脱する場合、この位置決めピン12をスプ
リングに抗して後退させ、金型の離脱を容易とするもの
である。第4図は本発明の別の態様を示す例の平面図で
あり、第4図中の各部材符号は前記と同一部材を示す。
この実施態様は合せ金型上面をブローヘッド(図示せす
)が横行する機構の造型機に適する構造であり、爪駆動
軸10がダイプレート7内に格納されてあり、ブローヘ
ッドの横行作動に支障を来たさない構造としてあり、更
に可動側ダイプレート7が反転して造型物をコンベヤー
上に離型するような機構の造型機に適した構造を示す例
である。本発明は前述の如き機構であるから、爪駆動軸
10のハンドル係合部11にハンドルを係合し、爪駆動
軸10を回転させれば、該軸10のネジ部R及びLに螺
合している取付用爪8の基部が移動し、従つて取付用爪
8は支点Sを中心として回動して、爪8を金型の係合部
又は離脱し得るものである。

念のない機構により確実に金型をダイベースに取付又は
取り外すことができるものであり、従来方式の諸欠点を
全く解消し得るものてある。
