In an emergency such as when a fire occurs, it is important to prevent a fire from spreading to floating structures that have not yet started.

とする。If there is a risk of damage, this operation is extremely dangerous and cannot be used. Therefore, there are methods to cool the floating structure by installing sprinklers around the floating structure and discharging water toward the floating structure, and forming a cooling water tank around the floating structure.
This has traditionally been a common practice in which floating structures are cooled to the top. However, with this method, in cases of strong fire or explosions,
There was a risk of fire. An object of the present invention is to provide an emergency evacuation facility for floating structures on the sea that can safely and effectively avoid a chain of accidents such as fire outbreaks.
The emergency evacuation facility for a floating floating structure at sea within a breakwater according to the present invention is provided with a ballast tank in a floating floating structure moored within a breakwater located within a predetermined sea area, A hanging arm extending upward from the point and having an engaging portion protruding outward at the upper end is attached to the structure, and seawater is injected into a ballast tank around the structure to raise the structure above sea level. The structure is characterized in that a support floating body is disposed that engages with the engaging portion of the hanging arm to support the structure when the structure is submerged in water to a slightly lower position.

When seawater is injected into the tank,
The structure gradually sinks, eventually submerging beneath the sea surface.

している。Then, the engaging portion of the hanging arm engages with the support float, and the structure is supported by the support float. As described above, according to the present invention, a floating structure can be submerged below the sea surface in an emergency, thereby reliably preventing a chain reaction of accidents such as a fire to the floating structure. Furthermore, when the floating structure is submerged in water, the engaging portion of the hanging arm engages with the supporting floating body, so the floating structure can be held at a position slightly below the sea surface. Therefore, after a fire is extinguished, a structure evacuated below the sea surface can be easily resurfaced to its original position. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings. This invention is
A ballast tank 3 is provided on a floating floating structure 2 moored within a breakwater 1 installed in a designated sea area, and extends upward from a required location on the periphery of the structure 2 and projects outward from the upper end. A hanging arm 4 having an engaging part 4a is attached, and a support floating body 5 is placed around the structure 2 at a location corresponding to the hanging arm 4, and in an emergency, seawater is injected into the ballast tank 3 to secure the structure. 2 is submerged in water to a position slightly below the sea surface, and the engaging portion 4a of the hanging arm 4 is engaged with the support floating body 5 to support the structure-2.

A door 7 is provided between the two and serves as an entrance and exit for the structure 2. Inside the breakwater 1, oil walls 8 are provided at intervals of a required number of partition columns 6, and the inside of the breakwater 1 is partitioned into several sections.

In this example, a mooring position regulating floating body of the structure 2 is used as the supporting floating body 5. Structure 2, breakwater 1 and oil breakwater 8
A supporting floating body/position regulating floating body 5 is interposed between the structures 2 and between the structures 2, and the structures 2 are restrained by the towing cables 9 as necessary, so that the structures 2 do not collide with each other or break away from the breakwater. It is moored in a stable condition without contacting the 1st class. The support floating body/position regulating floating body 5 is connected to the breakwater 1 etc. by a mooring cable, if necessary. It is preferable that the ballast tanks 3 of the floating structure 2 are provided on the side and bottom surfaces of the structure so that the inside of the structure 2 is surrounded by the ballast tanks 3.

海水を海水圧により自然流入させる。Further, valves 10 are provided at a plurality of locations on the outer surface of the ballast tank 3. Hanging arm 4 attached to structure 2
A contact detector 11 is attached to the lower surface of the engaging part 4a to detect when the engaging part 4a has come into contact with the floating body 5, and the output of this detector 11 controls the closing of the valve 10. As the detector 11, a limit switch or other proximity switch can be used. When a fire breaks out in a certain floating structure 2, the valve 10 of the structure 2 adjacent to this structure 2 is opened to allow seawater to naturally flow into the ballast tank 3 due to seawater pressure.

a comes into contact with the floating body 5, the valve 10 is closed by the operation of the detector 11, and the structure 2 itself also touches the floating body 5.
Supported by In this way, the required floating structure 2 can be submerged below the sea surface and supported in a floating state, so that it is possible to prevent the structure 2 from catching fire, and the structure 2 can be placed on the bottom of the seabed. As a result, damage and destruction caused by impacts caused by landing on the bottom or unevenness of the seabed are prevented, and oil leakage accidents do not occur. Further, in the above example, since the supporting floating body and the position regulating floating body are used as both, the structure is extremely simple.
