Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a speaker which has a diaphragm with superior uniformity and reliability while excluding the reflection of oscillation propagation by molding a cone, an edge, and an edge ring part with plastics in one body. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 4 of the speaker is so constituted that its cone 5 decreases thickness gradually toward an outer circumferential part and connects with a corrugated edge part 6 smoothly. Further, the edge part 6 increases thickness gradually and connects with the edge ring part 7. Those are molded in one body with no connection part. Thus, they are molded in one body to obtain the diaphragm which is mode uniform and has high reliability with high mass- productivity. Further, respective parts are connected smoothly to obtain the speaker which has no reflection and excellent performance.
