In mid-to-high-rise buildings such as government offices and offices, the second and subsequent floors usually have the same bra. Elevator - 1 Stairs, ducts and various shafts, of course, these (A deep toilet, washroom, hot water room, Et room, etc.)
This is because it is more convenient for maintenance and management to set the l space to the same value.

By the way, during the finishing work of Tono J, Una's mid-to-high-rise building, plastering,
Most of the jobs, such as tiling, waterproofing, joinery, fitting, and electrician work, were concentrated, resulting in jumbled processes and inefficiency. Recently, products that unitize bathrooms and washrooms have become popular in this regard, but they are still limited to being used as finishing materials, and are therefore not suitable for use as toilets in offices, etc. that are used by many people. We have not yet reached the point where we have completely integrated the plumbing equipment space into a unit.

Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. Plumbing installation for mid-to-high-rise buildings with flat surfaces as shown in Figure 1 q1j
In the space A, a core shaft 1 is formed by surrounding walls without a concrete slab, and later a three-dimensional frame 3 (hereinafter referred to as a core unit 4) equipped with a water equipment unit 2 is installed inside. The three-dimensional frame consists of beams 3a and beams 3b, and each three-dimensional frame is connected vertically when completed (see FIG. 3).

As shown in Fig. 2, the core unit is installed by first transporting the components of the three-dimensional frame 3 and the plumbing equipment unit 2 into the core shaft and assembling them there to form the core unit 4, which is the first core unit. The upper beam of the lift amplifier device 5 is installed at the top of the core shaft. Next, the 41 Riseibu Shrine on the floor below is brought in and assembled into the core unit, and the core unit 79 on the upper floor, which is knobbed in the previous lift, is lowered 1, and connected to it by the connecting member 6. Then, lift it up one floor again, assemble a new core unit below it, and repeat the process of adding and integrating. In this way, when the first core unit reaches the second floor, the space for plumbing equipment on all other base floors is filled with the core unit, so it is fixed to the core shaft 1 by welding to the embedded anchor plate 7, etc. After that, remove the lift-up device and connect the piping between each core unit (
(not shown) and finish.

When constructing the frame of a medium-convex story building, we omitted the slab in the plumbing equipment space and used that part as the core shaft.
The three-dimensional frame and plumbing equipment units were sequentially brought into the bottom of the building and assembled to form a two-liter unit, and the first core unit, that is, the one on the highest floor, was lifted up one by one using a lift-up device. A water solution for mid-to-high-rise construction east that is characterized by repeatedly adding core units on the lower floor and lifting up all floors to their respective predetermined floors, and then fixing all the core units as they are to the core shaft. Construction method for surrounding equipment space.
