That is, telephone calls are also received from people with whom the user does not want or need to talk. In addition, telephone calls may be received even during times when it is not desirable to make calls (for example, late at night). The called party does not know whether the incoming telephone call is from someone who needs to talk or someone who does not need to talk until the called party answers the phone call, so it is important to select the person who made the call in advance. Can not do it. Particularly in the case of VIPs and people who work and live in close proximity to each other, such as doctors, in order to protect their private rights, restrictions are placed on telephone calls from an unspecified number of people, and restrictions on receiving telephone calls from specific people. There is a strong demand that the government only receive the following. Traditionally, in Japan, in response to this type of request, the method of not registering the telephone number of the telephone of a subscriber who wishes to restrict incoming telephone calls from an unbalanced number of people in the telephone directory has been used to achieve the purpose. I've been trying. That is, they provided telephone services for these types of requests through operational methods rather than technical means.

3. If you want to restrict the reception of telephone calls from an unspecified number of people depending on the time of day, it is necessary to install two telephones, one whose telephone number is registered in the telephone directory and one whose telephone number is not registered.

Furthermore, in order to achieve the above purpose, methods of displaying the caller's telephone number on the telephone have recently been considered, but such methods involve technical difficulties in transmitting signals. It is also not sufficient from an operational standpoint.

The exchange 4 accommodating the subscriber terminal of the telephone 6 of Party B sends a calling signal to the additional device 5. When the additional device 5 receives the calling signal, it sends a response signal/signal to Party A's telephone 1, and then sends a talk or tone saying "If you are in need, please dial the KEY number" to Caller Party Party's telephone 1. to communicate. Party A then enters the KEY number A″B″C″D, which is Party B’s specific number.
''. Party A's telephone 1 is a push-button dial telephone, and the signal generated from it is a voice band signal, so the KEY number A"B"C"D" is sent to Party A's telephone through the connection channel. 1 directly to the additional device 5.The additional device 5 checks whether the received KEY number A″B″C″D″ matches the specific number of Party B, and if it matches, sends the key number to Party B's telephone 6. When the called party B takes the telephone 6 off-hook, a communication path is formed in the additional device 5, and only then is the communication circuit between Party A's telephone 1 and Party B's telephone 6 completed. Communication between parties A and B becomes possible.Next, the details of the circuit within the additional device 5 will be explained with reference to FIG.

When a telephone call is received from the exchange 4 to the connection circuit 14, the received telephone call is connected to the response circuit 7 via the connection circuit 14. The response circuit 7 sends a response signal to the exchange 4, and then a talkie or tone is sent from the talkie circuit 8 connected to the response circuit 7 to the exchange 4 via the response circuit 7 and the connection circuit 14. The transmission of the talkie or tone from the talkie circuit 8 is stopped after a certain predetermined period of time has elapsed. Next, when the transmission of the talkie or tone is stopped, the multi-frequency signal A''B''C'' from the exchange 4 is D'' arrives at the additional device 5.

The multiple wave signal passes through the response circuit 7 to the multiple wave receiver circuit 9.
and stored in the reception memory circuit 10. Next, the verification circuit 11 is activated, and the KEY number A″B″C″D″ stored in the reception memory circuit 10 is compared with the specific number written in the semi-fixed memory circuit 12. If the two do not match as a result of the comparison, a call or tone to that effect is sent from the response circuit 7 to the exchange 4, and if they match, the telephone counterpart circuit 13 is activated and a bell ringing signal is sent to the telephone 6. The bell rings. When the telephone 6 is hooked off, the telephone counterpart circuit 13 detects the hook-off of the telephone 6 and activates the connection circuit 14. The connection circuit 14 forms a communication path between the exchange 4 and the telephone 6,
A telephone conversation will take place between Party A and Party B. When the telephone call ends and the telephone 6 is hooked on, the recovery monitoring circuit 15 detects the hook-on of the telephone 6 and restores the connection circuit 14 to its initial state. In addition, a circuit for manually controlling the connection circuit 14, a circuit for manually rewriting the contents of the semi-fixed memory circuit 12, etc. can be added, but these are not essential elements of the present invention and will therefore be omitted. Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the telephone of the calling party A and the telephone of the called party B do not necessarily have to belong to different exchanges, but may belong to the same exchange. Each of the circuits described above can be constructed from electromagnetic circuits and electronic circuits used in known exchanges, and the KEY transmitted from the push-button dial telephone of caller A described above In addition to the number buttons from 1 to 0, the numbers are * and #.
According to the above description, it is also possible to use a function button of the telephone, or an audio signal generator that can be provided separately connected to the telephone circuit.
The response circuit, talkie circuit, multi-wave receiver circuit, reception memory circuit, verification circuit, semi-fixed memory circuit, telephone counterpart circuit, connection circuit, and recovery monitoring circuit are connected to the telephone of the subscriber requesting the above-mentioned telephone service. Although the additional equipment is configured to provide one-to-one correspondence, if there are many subscribers requesting the above-mentioned telephone service, a plurality of devices each consisting of a connection circuit and a recovery monitoring circuit are provided, and the plurality of each of the devices corresponds one-to-one with the telephone of a subscriber requesting said telephone service, while a response circuit, a talkie circuit,
The multiple wave receiver circuit, the reception memory circuit, the verification circuit, the soldering memory circuit, and the telephone partner station circuit may be provided in common to the plurality of devices by configuring an additional device, etc. to reduce the load on each of the circuits. It goes without saying that various circuit configurations can be made depending on the amount of traffic to be carried out.
