Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an SECAM system color video camera which displays a color title by inputting an analog voltage corresponding to color as the clip level of character pulses, and mixing a clipped output with a color difference signal. CONSTITUTION:Color difference signals applied to input terminals 1 and 2 and character pulses are applied to gates 4 and 5, whose outputs are sent out to mixing circuits 10 and 11. Color difference pulse circuits 8 and 9 convert the character pulses into color difference pulses with an amplitude of desired color on the basis of a color selection input. In this case, the color difference pulse circuits 8 and 9 apply a voltage corresponding to desired color to clipping circuits 81 and 91 which input the character pulses 3 and a staircase voltage, and color difference pulses having the amplitude of the desired color are obtained from color difference signal generating circuits 82 and 92.

はFM変調回路、14はキャラクタミキシング回路、1
6はクロマ・輝度ミキシング回路である。

し、これを色順次化したY−R,B−Yにミキシングす
るようにしてもよい。
