記リード線6と同電位になっていて1地側である前記ポ
ケット7との間の電界を緩和している。すなわちシール
ド5aとポケット7とは一定の絶縁距離di確保するよ

寸法を超えるため、ポケット7を切離して別輸送できる
構造に変更せねばならぬことがあるという欠点があった
