済性に欠けるものであつた。本発明の目的は表皮、弾性
体及び裏打材を少量の接着剤て仮接着して表皮、弾性体
及び裏打材の三層状態を正確に保持出来、然も表面感触
の良好な座席カバーの製造を正確且つ迅速に行う事が出
来る経済性に優れた座席カバー用素材の製造方法を提供
するものである。

を置いて配設しておく事により、注入器12の1回の下
降により、第1及び第2の位置に接着剤5を塗付するよ
うにする事も出来る。また前記垂直方向に順次接着剤5
を塗付する場合に第1の位置15と第2の位置16とを
逆に行う事も出来、更に注入針14の挿入方向は裏打材
4側より行うものに限らず、表皮材2の材質によつては
この表皮材2側より注入針14を注入するようにする事
も出来る。以上が本発明に係る座席カバー用素材の製造
方法の1実施例の方法であるが、斯る方法に依れば表皮
、弾性体及び裏打材を少量の接着剤で接着する事が出来
、その結果表面惑触の良好な座席カバー用素材が得られ
、この座席カバー用素材を用いて極めて容易に座席カバ
ーを製造する事が出来、座席カバー製造の際に三層状態
を正確に保持した状態で行う事が出来、三層相互にずれ
を生じさせる虞れがなく、裏打材の存在により三層の端
縁を縫製する場合に弾性体を切断したり、縫製の糸が抜
ける虞れがなく、作業能率を向上させる事が出来る。
