る。ここで被切削物5が蒸したさつまいも、栗等の場合
はあまり問題なく細かに切削されるが、蒸したじゃがい
もを切削するとじやがいもの玉がナイフカッター3によ
り切削されるのと同時に攪拌されこね回されるため、切
削物6がのり状となる問題があった。−1:た第2図、
第3図に示したようにナイフカッター3の代りにオロン
カッター7を装着し、オロシカノタ−7にて蒸したじゃ
がいもを切削すると、オロシカツター6の切刃8に切削

ここで切刃17の刃高X、刃巾yを1〜4mmに限定し
ているのは、蒸したじゃがいも、さつまいも、栗等のマ
ノシュ状に切削するには最適であるためである・またス
リット状孔18の巾2を刃高の1〜3倍に限定している
のは 値より小さいとスリット状孔18に切削物イがっ
丑りゃすく、この値より大きいと、容器12内へ落下し
た切削物イに混じって大きな切削片が落下し切削物イの
大きさが均一にならないからである。また、スリット状
孔18を切刃17の並びに添って連続的に設けているた
め、第9図に示すように仮にカッター回転の中心側のス
リット状孔18に切削物が目づまりしてもカッター回転
によって起こる遠心力により、目づまりした切削物がス
リット状孔18に添ってカッター14の外周方向へ移動
