本発明は、切削刃のついたディスクの高速回転こによつ
て野菜等を細かく切削する調理器に関するものであり、
簡便な手段で野菜類の剣切りを可能にし、しかも、材料

点を除去するものであり、以下、本発明の一実施例を図

成している。また、複数の垂直刃11の高さAは、ディ
スク5表面と切削刃6との間の段差Bよりも大きくして
ある。図中、12は材料投入口4内に挿入された被切削
物である。上記構成において、運転を開始すると電動機
2の回転は、ベルト8によつて主軸9に伝達され、係合

とができ、効率のよい材料の切削が可能になる。このよ
うに本発明は簡便な手段によつて材料の剣切りを可能に
し、調理器における用途拡大に大きく寄与するとともに
、効率のよい材料の切削を可能にし、その効果をいかん
