Lead wires 6 for connection are arranged. A high-frequency current is passed through the heating coil 2 to magnetically couple it with a nearby object to be heated, thereby generating an eddy current in the object to be heated, and the eddy current loss is used as heat. Note that 4 is a heat dissipation fin of the electric component (semiconductor component) 3. The problem here is the heating coil 2.
7) The magnetic flux 7 generated from - generates an induced voltage in the semiconductor components 3 and various electrical components 5 located below, and in the lead wires 6 that connect them. As a result, it becomes a source of terminal noise on the power supply line, which has the drawback of adversely affecting other electrical products as a noise disturbance.

The structure is such that electrical components are shielded from high-frequency magnetic fields generated by J:, which reduces the total magnetic flux interlinking with the electrical components and reduces the noise components generated there.
Other electrical products, 16, σ, fl; , 1: This has the effect of reducing the number of obstacles.

The generation of induced voltage can be suppressed without using special members, and as a result, it is less likely to adversely affect other electrical products as noise interference.
