はコンデンサ18の一端をつなぎ、コンデンサ18の他
端を電諒線に接続している。この回路構成では交流的に
ショートされたことになり、金属放熱フィン2に吸収さ
れたノイズは電位の安定した電源に逃げ、スイッチング
素子1から輻射されるノイズは減衰される。さらに、金
