トとを形成し、このシリンダの内部にその位置によって
上記伸側、圧側ポートの面積を拡縮する筒型のスライダ
ーを摺動自由に挿入し、このスライダーを懸架ばねとこ
れに対向する検出ばねとの間に挾持したことを特徴とす
