DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a roof construction technology for a modular building constructed by arbitrarily arranging and connecting a plurality of units of standard dimensions. A hipped roof with a wide variety of corresponding variations (in plan view, it includes a shape that is rectangular or a combination of a square and a rectangle).

In other words, in general, the above-mentioned modular buildings can be constructed into residential buildings with various floor plans that meet the needs of the owner by selecting the number of units used and their arrangement. Flat roofs are the mainstream, and as a result, residential buildings have a flat roof appearance with little variation.

Of course, it is not uncommon for a hipped roof to be installed at the client's request, but conventional hipped roofs are not as effective in combination as the types of floor plans that can be obtained by varying the combination of units, and are expensive. It was inevitable that it would happen. The hipped roof for a unit-type building according to the present invention was developed in view of the current situation, and is a hipped-type roof for the above-mentioned unit-type building, which has a length corresponding to the width of the unit. A first-class roofing board in the form of an isosceles triangle or a nearly isosceles triangle having a lower side, the longest side having a length equal to the oblique side of the first-class roofing board, and a length of 1'2 of the lower side 1
/2 A parallelogram-shaped second type roof board having its short sides;
It is characterized in that it is constructed by combining the second type roof plate with a third type roof plate having a shape in which the front and back of the second type roof plate are reversed. Therefore, by mass-producing roof panels of three types of standard dimensions in advance and combining these roof panels appropriately according to the number of units used and their arrangement, it is possible to accommodate floor plans obtained by variations in unit combinations. It has now become possible to construct various types of hipped roofs with different appearances at low cost. In addition, the second type roofing board and the third type roofing board referred to in the present invention are separate roofing boards whose front and back surfaces are functionally distinct, such as a roof board that has been waterproofed by attaching an exterior material to only one side. In addition to roofing boards, there is no distinction between the front and back sides, such as so-called roof boards that need to be finished with a separate exterior material, or boards with waterproof treatment on both the front and back sides, which can be used with either side facing upward. This term also includes the case where two roof panels of a structure are used with one side reversed relative to the other.

In addition, when constructing a modular building by arranging and connecting each unit without any gaps, it is sufficient to form the first-class roof plate into an isosceles triangular shape. If a unit building is constructed by arranging and connecting an appropriate gap (a so-called grid), it will have a trapezoidal shape with a short upper side corresponding to one side of the gap, but the overall shape will be roughly the same. This is a type 1 roofing board that forms an isosceles triangle.

For this reason, it is described as an isosceles triangle or a nearly isosceles triangle. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a hipped roof in a unit type building to which the present invention is applied, and 1 is approximately a square whose length corresponds to the width of the unit manufactured so that the ratio of length and width is 1:2 and its lower side la. The equilateral triangular type 1 roofing sheets 2 and 2' are the longest sides 2a and 2a', which are equal to the oblique side lb of the first type roofing sheet 1, and the short side 2b, which is half the length of the lower side la, 2b' and a third type roof plate, both plates 2,
2' has a shape in which the front and back are reversed.

In this case, if there is no functional distinction between the front and back, such as so-called roofing boards, the second type roofing board 2 or the third type roofing board 2'
By inverting and using it, it is possible to use only the third type roofing board 2' or the second type roofing board 2, but in this embodiment, it is a board material that has a front and back surface that is waterproofed only on the surface. 3 is a first type eave member having an upper side 3a having a length equal to the lower side la; 4 and 4' are a second type eave member and a third type eave member having shapes that are inverted from each other; It forms a parallelogram having long sides 4a and 4a' that are equal to short sides 2b and 2b'.

These type 2 and type 3 eave members 4 and 4' are also separate members with a front and back side distinguished, as well as the type 2 and third type roof panels 2 and 2'. Although there are cases in which the members have the same structure and can be used reversibly without the need for a reversible member, in this embodiment, the former is adopted.

Fig. 2 shows a steel roof support frame to be constructed on the unit, and 5 indicates a length equal to the lower side la of the lower part 5a.
6 is a mono-pitch truss having a diagonal member 6a having a length equal to the hypotenuse lb; 7 is an eave support member that supports the center of the upper and lower sides of the first type eave member 3; , 8 is an eave support member that supports the oblique side of the first class eave member 3 and the short sides of the second and third class eave members 4, 4'. It is used by being connected to the end of the truss 6 by means such as welding or bolting. Figure 3 A, mouth, C to Figure 5 A, mouth are respectively,

In Fig. 3, the long sides of the pair of units 10, 10 face each other across the grid, and the long sides of the other units 10 face each other, as indicated by broken lines. Both units 10, 10 are arranged and connected to face each other across a grid on the short sides, and four first-class roofing sheets 1, one second-class roofing sheet 2, one second-class roofing sheet 2, etc. Third type roof board 2', four first type eave sections 3 located correspondingly around these, one second type eave member 4, one third type eave member 4', and It was constructed into a rectangular hipped roof.

In addition, in this embodiment, since a system is adopted in which a grid is formed between the main units 10..., gaps are created in the ridges at A, C, and C in Fig. 3, and this gap is filled with another roof board material. However, it is also possible to construct the various roof panels 1, 2, 2' to butt against each other without any gaps without exploring such a method.
