The solvent evaporated in the distiller and liquefied in the condenser is normally led to a water separator, and the water separated during passing through the separator is expelled to the outside, but the water is dispersed in a fine state. Because they are mixed together, they cannot be completely separated in the time it takes to pass through a small-capacity water separator, and are returned to the solvent tank still containing a considerable amount of water.

In order to increase the passage time, you can increase the capacity of the water separator, but if you increase the capacity, more solvent will remain in the water separator and less will return to the solvent tank, resulting in wasted solvent. The percentage increases. An object of the present invention is to provide a tank between a condenser and a water separator that can store solvent for one wash, and to roughly separate the solvent and water in the tank, thereby reducing the amount of water in the water separator. complete separation,
All water is to be removed to the outside.

A vertical partition plate 10 is provided inside this second tank 7, and it is divided into two left and right chambers 11 and 12.
The vertical dimension of the partition plate 10 is shorter than the vertical length of the second tank 7 so that the chambers communicate with each other at both the upper and lower ends. An inlet 13 for the solvent flowing from the condenser 8 is opened at the upper end of the one chamber 12.
A water separation tube 14 whose upper end is tapered and slightly raised above the bottom surface is provided on the lower side, and one end of a vibrator 15 is opened in the tube. The other end of this vibrator 15 is connected to the washing tub 4 via a valve 16, and the branched vibrator 17 is connected to the washing tub 4 at the front side of the valve 16.
It is connected to the first tank 1 via 8. On the other hand, the other chamber 11 of the second tank 7 is provided with an overflow pipe 19 that opens at the same height as the upper end of the vertical partition plate 10 or at a slightly higher position. It is connected to the water separator 9. A vertical partition plate 20 is also provided in this water separator 9, and the overflow pipe 19 is connected to one side of the chamber 21, and a drain pipe 22 is connected to the side of this chamber, and the other side is connected to the overflow pipe 19. The vibrator 24 leaks out on the side of the chamber 23.
One end is connected and the other end is connected to the branch vibe 17.

After washing, the valves 31 and 29 are opened to return the solvent in the washing tub 4 to the first tank 1, and then the valves 29 and 29 are opened.
32 is opened to operate the pump 2, and the solvent in the first tank 1 is introduced into the distiller 6. Thereafter, the valve 16 is opened and the agent previously placed in the second tank 7 is poured into the washing tub 4, and the second washing is performed using this clean solvent. Since the second tank 7 is provided with an overflow pipe 19, the water A floating on the solvent flows out from the overflow pipe 19, and although the solvent B contains almost no water, it does contain some water. Due to the presence of the water separator 14, the water contained in the washing tub 4 will not flow out to the washing tub 4 side. That is, when the valve 16 is opened and the solvent in the second tank 7 flows out, the liquid level in the tank gradually decreases and reaches the upper end of the water separation pipe 14, but the upper end of this water separation pipe is thin. Because it is curved, almost no water floating on top of the solvent enters the water separation tube 14.
excluded from the outside. When the liquid level further decreases and reaches the open end C of the vibrator 15, the outflow of the solvent stops. Since the lower end D of the water separation tube 14 is located below the opening end C of the vibrator, moisture on the outside of the water separation tube 14 does not enter the inside, and therefore moisture is sucked into the vibrator 15. Never get caught. Of course, if there is a large amount of water floating on top of the solvent, some of it will enter the water separator 14.
Since most of the water has flowed out from the overflow pipe 19, there is not much water left. During the second washing, the solvent in the distiller 6 is heated and distilled.

The solvent evaporated in the distiller is liquefied in the condenser 8 and enters the second tank 7. As the distillation progresses, the liquid level in this second tank rises, but since it takes a considerable amount of time to reach the upper end of the overflow pipe 19, the solvent and water are roughly separated during this time, and the liquid level rises on top of the solvent. The floating water preferentially flows through the overflow pipe 19 to the water separator 9. Then the second
Since the solvent and water are separated in advance in the tank 7, even if the water separator 9 is relatively small, this water separator 9
The solvent and water are completely separated inside, only the water is discharged to the outside from the drain pipe 22, and the solvent is returned to the first tank 1. The washing time is usually about 3 washes, and the capacity of the distiller 6 is such that distillation can be completed within this washing time, so the distillation is finished by the time the washing is finished, and the water is recycled into the second tank 7. Solvent is stored. Since the water floating on the top surface of the solvent flows out from the overflow pipe 19, the solvent stored in this second tank contains almost no water. When the second washing is completed, the valves 31 and 29 are opened to return the solvent in the washing tub 4 to the first tank 1 in preparation for the next washing.

When this kind of phenomenon occurs with conventional dry cleaners, bubbles enter the solvent tank through the water separator and emulsify all the solvent, requiring a lot of effort for post-treatment.
In the present invention, when such a boiling-over phenomenon occurs,
By opening the valve 18 and drawing out the solvent in the second tank 7, the tank is emptied and the spilled liquid can be received in the tank, so that only a part of the solvent is emulsified.
Post-processing is easy. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the second tank 7, in which a slope 33 is provided to make the upper side narrower so that the water A floating on the solvent does not spread too much, and this water flows into the overflow pipe. It is made so that it can easily flow out from 19.

As described above, the present invention liquefies the solvent evaporated in the distiller 6 in the condenser 8 and introduces it to the water separator 9 to separate the solvent and water. A tank 7 is connected between the tank 7 and the water separated in advance in the tank, and the water floating on top of the solvent is preferentially led to the water separator 9 through the overflow pipe 19.
Even if this water separator is small, it can completely remove moisture.

Furthermore, since the inside of the second tank 7 is divided into two left and right chambers by a vertical partition plate 10, even if the solvent to be separated from moisture flows from the inlet 13, the solvent that has flowed into the chamber on the side where the overflow pipe 11 is located will not enter immediately and therefore no solvent will be drained from the overflow pipe. Furthermore, since there is a water separation pipe 14 near the bottom of the second tank 7, the solvent can be sent to the washing tub 4 until the solution that has not been separated from water is located at the lower end of the water separation pipe 19. Since the solvent from which moisture has been completely separated can be efficiently used in the washing tub 4, the laundry will not be damaged by moisture.
