Household electrical equipment is required to be lighter and smaller for easier transportation and handling, and in line with this demand, dehydrating washing machines have also been made smaller, more compact, and lighter without reducing their capacity. It has become a technical challenge to do so. By the way, in conventional dehydrating washing machines, when the washing and dehydrating tub is rotated at high speed during spin-drying, a balance weight is installed around the upper opening of the washing and dehydrating tub in order to reduce lateral vibration due to unbalanced laundry.
As a means of omitting this balance weight, there is a method of starting spin-drying with washing water remaining in the washing-drying tub, or a method of rotating the washing-drying tub with washing water remaining at the bottom of the inner tank that accommodates the washing-drying tub. Methods are being considered. However, all of these methods are noisy, the former causes a lot of foaming in the washing water, and the motor is easily overloaded, and the latter has inconsistent effectiveness in preventing side vibration because the amount of remaining water is not constant. There are some drawbacks.

Therefore, it has been proposed to provide a storage chamber for residual water under the bottom of the washing/dehydrating tank, but the lower surface of the bottom of the washing/dehydrating tank is uneven, making it difficult to form a residual water storage chamber that does not leak. It is difficult to implement because of the high cost. In view of this point, the present invention is intended to provide a residual water storage chamber which is extremely simple to construct and can be provided at low cost, and which is highly effective as a calbalancer.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The reinforcing plate 17 is formed into a circular plate shape as shown in FIG. It has been done. There are several ribs in this first rib 20 (three in the figure).
Since the notch 21 is provided, the inner tank 2 and the cavity 18 communicate with each other through the notch 21. Reference numeral 22 denotes a flange fixed to the rotating shaft 11, and the reinforcing plate 17 is fixed to the washing/dehydrating tank 3 with screws 23.

A ring-shaped second rib 25 with a height of several millimeters is provided around the opening 24 at the center of the bottom of the washing/dehydration tank 3. When the flange 22 is tightened to the opening 24 with screws 23, the second rib 25 is closed. The space between the cavity 18 and the opening 24 is kept liquid-tight by being crushed. 26 is a through hole provided in the flange 22, which communicates the bottom opening 24 of the washing and dehydrating tub 3 with the inner tub 2.

で、以下述べるような効果がある。
When washing and rinsing are completed, the drain cock 15 opens to drain the washing water in the inner tub 2, but the water that entered through the notch 21 remains in the empty space 18 formed by the reinforcing plate 17. . This is connected to the empty space 18 and the opening 2 by the second rib 25.
4 is maintained liquid-tight. When dewatering is started and the washing and dehydrating tank 3 starts rotating, the residual water in the empty chamber 18 acts as a balance weight to alleviate lateral vibration immediately after the rotation starts. As the rotation speed of the washing and dehydrating tub 3 gradually increases and the stability increases, the residual water in the empty chamber 18 is discharged from the notch 21 into the inner tub 2 by centrifugal force, and the rotation of the washing and dehydrating tub 3 increases. By the time it reaches stable steady rotation, it is empty.
Any remaining water in chamber 18 is drained. As described above, in the dehydrating washing machine of the present invention, a circular dish-shaped reinforcing plate 17 is provided around the lower surface of the bottom of the washing dehydrating tub 3 housed inside the inner tub 2.
A ring-shaped first rib with several notches 21 for fixing the . 20 and an opening 24 at the center of the bottom.
A second rib 25 is provided around the rotating shaft 1 of the washing and dehydrating tank 3.
The reinforcing plate 17 is liquid-tightly fixed to the opening 24 via the second rib 25 by a flange 22 having a through hole 26 fixed to the bottom surface of the washing/dehydration tub 3 and the reinforcing plate 1.
Since the empty chamber 18 in which the washing water remains is formed between the washing machine and the washing machine 7, there are effects as described below.

(1) The empty space 18 formed by the reinforcing plate 17 is used as a container for residual water that acts as a balance weight, and this residual water is automatically drained after use. Compared to conventional dehydrating washing machines that have a ring-shaped balancer in the opening, they can be made lighter and smaller.

(2) Simply provide the first rib 20 for fixing the reinforcing plate 17 to the lower surface of the bottom of the washing/dehydration tank 3 and the second rib 25 with a height of several millimeters for keeping the empty chamber 18 liquid-tight. Because of this, it is extremely easy to work with and can be provided at low cost. (3) The empty space 18 and the opening 2 are formed by the second rib 25.
4, so there is no water leakage and the empty space 18
The residual water inside effectively acts as a balance weight immediately after spin-drying starts, mitigating lateral vibration.
