Technical background of the invention Traditionally, dehydration rinsing is an attempt to effectively rinse the laundry by sprinkling water on it after washing with detergent and dehydrating it. There are plans to do that. However, in conventional washing machines with both dehydrating and dehydrating functions, water is simply supplied from the water inlet of the water supply device to the inside of the rotating washing and dehydrating tank, that is, the center of the rotating tank. The plan was to go there.

Problems with the Background Art According to the above-mentioned conventional method, even though the laundry is located at the periphery of the tub due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the tub, water is simply sprayed toward the center of the tub. Since water is supplied to the laundry, water cannot be effectively applied directly to the laundry, and therefore the dehydration and rinsing effect is low.

An outer tank 4 is disposed inside the outer box 1 via an elastic suspension mechanism 3, and 4 is a mechanical part including a washing shaft 5, a dewatering shaft 6, and a clutch and a brake (not shown), which are vertically disposed approximately in the center of the bottom of the outer tank 2. , 7 is a motor disposed on one side (left side in the figure) of the mechanism section 4, and 8 is a belt transmission mechanism connecting the motor 7 and the mechanism section 4. On the other hand, reference numeral 9 denotes a drainage port formed at the bottom corner of the outer tank 2 on the other side (right side in the figure) of the mechanism section 4, and a drainage hose 10 is connected to this. Reference numeral 11 denotes a rotating tub for both washing and dehydration, which is disposed inside the outer tub 2 and attached to the dehydrating shaft 6, and a pulsator 12 is disposed approximately in the center of the inner bottom of the tub. A balance ring 13 is attached to the washing shaft 5, and a balance ring 13 is attached to the outer periphery of the upper opening edge of the rotating tub 11, while water spray blades 14 are provided in the shape of radial ribs on the inner periphery. There is. 15 is a cover ring positioned above the rotating tank 11 and attached to the upper opening edge of the outer tank 2;
Reference numeral 6 denotes a water supply device integrally formed with the cover ring 15 and provided facing the inside of the rotary tank 11, particularly on the side opposite to the side where the motor 7 is located; 17, a water supply device 1;
A large number of holes are drilled from the inner side surface to the bottom surface of 6. Reference numeral 18 denotes a lid plate attached to the upper surface of the outer box 1, which has an opening 19 for loading and unloading the laundry, and a lid 20 for opening and closing the opening 19, and a lid 20 for opening and closing the opening 19. , an operation box 21 is bored in the rear part thereof, and in addition to an operation control device 22, a water supply valve 2 is installed in the operation box 21.

Now, in the case of this embodiment configured as above,
During the "dehydration and rinsing", "water supply" is continued, and "dewatering", that is, rotation of the rotary tub 11 by the motor 7 is performed intermittently, thereby first supplying water to the laundry 25 in the rotary tub 11 and dewatering it. Then, only water is supplied to the dehydrated laundry 25 and the rotating tub 11
This process involves repeating the process of uniformly soaking water with moderate centrifugal force due to inertial rotation, then dewatering while supplying water again, and then only supplying water. Perform dehydration rinsing to effectively remove detergent contained in the product. For water supply at that time, water supply valve 2
3, water is supplied to the water supply device 16 from a water source (not shown) such as a water supply via the water supply valve 23 and the hose 24. When water is supplied in this way, the water supply device 16 receives the received water. Collect hole 1
7 into the rotating tub 11 in a sprinkling manner as shown in FIG. As a result, dehydration and rinsing can be performed more effectively. In addition to this, since the water supply device 16 is provided on the side opposite to the side where the motor 7 is located,
The water stored in the water supply device 16 is also stored on the side opposite to the side where the motor 7 is located, so that the problem of unbalanced center of gravity caused by the motor 7 can be effectively addressed and the operation can be performed in a well-balanced manner. It is played until the end.

In addition, especially in the above embodiment, since the water supply device 16 and the water supply valve 23 are connected by the elastic stretchable hose 24, the swinging of the outer tank 2 can be well followed. Not only that, it can also be expected to act as a damper to suppress the vibration of the outer tank 2. Furthermore, by providing the water spray blades 14 at a position below the water supply device 16 of the rotating tank 11, the water supplied from the water supply device 16 can be further diffused, thereby making it possible to obtain a water sprinkling effect higher than that described above. .

Next, FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which, in place of the water supply device 16 described above, an annular water supply device 26 is provided, which is located all around the upper part of the outer tank 2.
Further, regarding this water supply device 26, a step is provided between the part on the side where the motor 7 is located and the part on the opposite side, so that the volume of the part on the opposite side is made larger than that of the other part, that is, the part on the motor 7 side. , so that water is stored on the side opposite to the side where the motor 7 is located, as described above. According to this structure, the effect as a balancer can be increased by positioning the water supply device 26 all around the upper side facing the inside of the rotating tank 11.

Further, FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which an annular water supply device 27 is provided, which is located all around the upper part facing the inside of the rotating tank 11, similar to the water supply device 26 described above. The bottom surface of the water supply device 27 is gradually inclined to make the volume of the portion opposite to the side where the motor 7 is located larger than that of other portions. Furthermore, FIG. 5 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, in which the diameter D of the hole 17 of the water supply device 26 or 27 on the opposite side from the side where the motor 7 is located is set to a different diameter. This structure is made larger than the portion d on the motor 7 side, and as a result, it not only has the same effect as the above embodiment, but also the water supply device 2.
All of the water in 6, 27 can be made to disappear almost at the same time.
