There is a paper tube supply device that stores a large amount of paper tubes at one time by stacking tapered paper tubes one after another so that they are covered one after another, and can pull out the stacked paper tubes one by one starting from the lowest one. That is, in FIGS. 1 and 2, when pulling out the lowest paper tube 5 of the tapered paper tubes S stacked one after another in the cylindrical tube 1, the next one adjacent to the lowest paper tube 5 is pulled out. The paper tube 52 is gripped from the outer periphery of the paper tube by the other paper spine gripping members 2 and 3, and the gripping member 3 on the cylindrical body 1 side is fixed in this position, and the gripping member 2 at the tip is held in the direction indicated by the arrow 4 in FIG. There is a device that separates and pulls out paper tubes by rotating them in the direction of arrow 5 in FIG. In such a device, the gripping members 2 and 3 grip a pair of curved chuck pieces that rotate around a single axis by pressing against the outer circumferential surface of the paper tube, so that the entire outer circumference of the paper spine and the inner circumferential surface of the chuck pieces are completely covered. It is necessary to keep them in close contact all around. In particular, paper tubes with large wall thicknesses and small taper angles may fit extremely tightly together, interlocking with each other when stacked, and a considerable amount of gripping force is required to pull out such paper tubes. However, with the chuck piece as described above, if the center of the paper tube and the center of curvature of the chuck piece are misaligned, or if the diameter of the paper tube at the gripping position is uneven between the paper tubes, the chuck piece may hit the paper tube unevenly. This may result in a decrease in gripping force, and it may not be possible to pull out a tightly fitted paper tube. The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages, and will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Furthermore, in FIGS. 4 and 7, the paper tube gripping device T 3 attached to the fixed cylinder 8 and the paper tube gripping device T 2 attached to the movable cylinder 9 have a cross section on the inner periphery of the annular holder ring 33. A substantially U-shaped rubber ring 34 is fitted, and pressure rings 35 and 36 are screwed onto both sides of the annular holder ring 3.
Compressed air is injected from the jet hole 37 between the inner peripheral surface 33a4 and the comb ring 34 to expand the rubber ring 34 and grip the paper tube.

Now, when there is a request command to release a new paper tube, the motor 24 rotates in response to the command, the cam plates 31 and 32 of the motor shaft 25 turn on the actuators 29 and 30, and the mechanical valve 2
7 and 28 are opened, compressed air is supplied to the rubber rings 34 and 34 of the paper tube gripping devices Tl and T2, and due to the expansion of the rubber rings, the paper tube S1 at the bottom of the fourth diagram is moved to the rubber ring of the gripping device T2. 34, the next paper tube S2 is clamped and gripped by the rubber ring 34 of the gripping device T1.

Continued rotation of the motor shaft causes the cam plate 26 to move against the roller 16.
The movable cylinder 9 rotates in the direction of arrow A as shown in FIG. 5 until the side 26a of the cam plate 26 comes into contact with it.
At this time, the movable cylinder 9 is suspended from the fixed cylinder 8 via the connecting rod 17, as shown in the sixth figure, and the connecting rod 17 supports the movable cylinder 9 obliquely. Due to the rotation of the cam plate 26 and the rotation of the flange portion 13, the movable cylinder 9 rotates around the outer periphery of the fixed cylinder 8 against the elastic force of the spring 18, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. It protrudes downward to the position. Therefore, the lowest paper tube S1 held by the gripping device T2 supported by the movable cylinder 9 is rotated and pulled out from the paper tube S2 above it.

On the other hand, as the movable cylindrical body 9 rotates, the pin 22 fixed to the movable cylindrical body engages with the long hole 23 of the stopper 19, and the stopper 1
9 pivots upward around the shaft 20 and disengages from the paper tube S1 at the lowest end. When the engagement between the stopper 19 and the paper tube S1 at the lowest end is released, the cam plates 31 and 32 of the motor shaft 25
cam 3 so that one side releases the actuator 29.
1 is set, and therefore the rubber ring 34 that was gripping the paper tube S1 at the lowest end contracts and returns to its original state, so the grip is unwound and the paper tube S1 falls onto the paper tube holder 42. It is accommodated as shown in .

As shown in FIG. 8, the rubber ring 34 grips the paper tube, and the rubber between the thick wall portions 34b formed at equal intervals on the circumference of the inner peripheral wall portion 34a of the rubber ring 34 and the adjacent thick wall portion 34b is compressed into air. Therefore, it expands rapidly and comes into pressure contact with the outer periphery of the paper tube S as shown by the two-dot chain line, and evenly presses the outer periphery of the paper tube, so the paper tube gripping force is extremely strong, and it is gripped to the extent that it cannot be pulled out by hand. Therefore, even if it is tightly fitted to the upper paper tube, it can be easily pulled out and separated.

Although the rubber ring 34 is a continuous annular rubber ring extending over the entire inner circumference of the annular holder ring 33, it is not necessarily a continuous annular ring, and a plurality of rubber rings are formed at equal intervals on the inner circumference of the annular holder ring. It is also possible to provide a plurality of rubber-like bags and inflate the plurality of rubber-like bags by injecting compressed air. That is, a strong gripping force can be obtained by pressing the rubber rings at equally spaced positions on the outer periphery of the paper tube and gripping them with an even pressing force, without pressing the rubber rings closely against the entire outer periphery of the paper tube. When the engagement between the cam plate 26 and the roller 16 is released by the subsequent rotation of the cam plate 26, the movable cylinder 9
is pulled back along the outer peripheral surface of the fixed cylinder 8 by the spring 18, and at the same time, the movable cylinder 9 is pulled back by the action of the connecting rod 17.
The stopper 19 rotates in the opposite direction to when it is ejected and returns to the solid line position in Figure 6, and the stopper 19 rotates counterclockwise around the shaft 20 shown in Figure 5 and returns to the solid line position to prevent the next paper tube from falling. To prevent.

When the movable cylinder 9 returns to its original position, that is, the stopper 19 also returns to its original position, the engagement between the cam plate 32 and the actuator 30 is released, and the rubber of the paper tube gripping device T1 provided on the fixed cylinder 8 side is released. The supply of compressed air to the ring 34 is stopped, and the rubber ring 3
4 contracts and returns to its original state, and the paper tube S2 held by the rubber ring 34 is released from its grip and falls to the stopper 19 position, preparing for the next paper tube release command.

As described above, according to the present invention, when tapered paper tubes are stacked and stored, the lowest paper tube and the paper tube above it are grasped, and when only the lowest paper tube is pulled out, the paper tube The paper tube can be gripped by supplying compressed air to the rubber ring, and as the rubber ring expands, it presses the rubber ring evenly against the outer periphery of the paper tube, so the rubber ring is applied to almost the entire outer periphery of the paper tube. The rings press against each other and the gripping force is extremely strong, making it possible to reliably pull out paper tubes that are tightly fitted into each other, separating them from the upper paper tube, and taking out only the lowest paper tube.

Furthermore, since rubber expansion by compressed air is used instead of mechanical clamping using levers, the surface of the paper tube is not damaged.
