In the conventional front blade as shown in FIG. 4, the blade portion 15 is closed by holding the handles 16, 16 and using the gusset 14 as a fulcrum.
With a structure that has such a gusset (hinge), it was impossible to make the blade smaller than the current size, but with this invention, even if the blade is made very small, it has a structure without a gusset (hinge). It maintains strength and shearing force, and prevents sutures from getting caught and breaking.

The embodiment drawings show the case of a front blade consisting of a pair of blade parts 101 and 201, but if this is replaced with a clamping part (not shown), the surgeon's field of view will not be obstructed, and the dislocation of the tip part will be avoided. It should be added that a microsurgical device that can be used as a non-containing forceps can be obtained.

According to the structure of the present invention, the pair of blades can be formed into a small shape with a rising angle suitable for surgical operations, making it possible to cut sutures, incise, and excise tissue when operating a microsurgery under a microscope. It is easy to operate and does not obstruct the operator's field of vision.

In addition, according to the structure of this invention, the direction of the pair of blades can be designed arbitrarily, so by providing blades with different directions and shapes, the operator's hand position can be adjusted to the best position for operation depending on the condition of the surgical site. Choosing and using the one that suits your condition will make it easier to perform the surgery.
