A fluororesin coating 3 is formed, and a heater 4 is attached to the back surface of the hot plate 1 by brazing, such as a sheathed heater, or by casting at the same time as casting.
However, since fluororesin processing is fired at, for example, about 400°C, bubbles inside the hot plate 1 formed by Guicast expand during firing, resulting in a swollen part 2. .

の熱板1は、不良品として扱われる。This swollen portion 2 is likely to be peeled off by external force, and if it is peeled off, the surface of the hot plate 1 will be exposed, causing burning of the heated object or expanding peeling of the fluororesin coating 3. Due to the drawbacks, the electric cooker heating plate 1 having the bulging portion 2 is treated as a defective product.

Furthermore, it was not possible to provide a heat retention area or improve the surface temperature distribution by varying the surface temperature of the hot plate 1 at arbitrary locations.

Since the cooking plate 5 is not die-cast, there is no swelling due to fluororesin processing, and it has the advantage of being lighter than conventional electric cookers.
