Conventionally, for example, by taking advantage of the shrinking properties of wool fibers having scales, shrinking a knitted fabric made of pure wool fibers using a shrinking machine in a dilute acid, soap, or neutral detergent bath has been used. This is a technique that has already been implemented as a method for processing knitted fabrics.

The shrinking effect obtained by using such processing means is required when the knitted fabric shrinks in the longitudinal direction and the middle direction (area shrinkage) and its structure becomes denser. A major feature of the shrinking process is that it can be used to thicken the texture of the cloth as desired, improve its texture, and improve its appearance. On the one hand, for the purpose of improving the mechanical strength of pure wool products, or on the other hand, for the purpose of imparting a wool-like texture to synthetic fibers, such as acrylic fiber products, various mixing ratios of wool and acrylic fibers are used. It is a well-known fact that blended products made with different types of fabrics have been produced and are widely loved by consumers. Although such textile products have many excellent properties for use in clothing and interior design, they are not completely free from problems. In particular, when the blended product is subjected to longitudinal treatment, it has been recognized that the crimp performance of the blended product is significantly lower than that of pure wool products even when the proportion of synthetic fibers is low. In other words, one of the reasons for this is of course that acrylic fibers and other synthetic fibers do not have scales like wool on their fiber surfaces, so synthetic fibers alone cannot exhibit striped properties. At the same time, the fact that such synthetic fibers have a high degree of bending stiffness and abrasion stiffness, which significantly inhibits the shrinkage development properties of wool, was also a factor that could not be ignored. Incidentally, it is also true that there is very little conventional technical knowledge that attempts to improve the defects of such blended products. Among them, Tokuko Sho 45-40717
The publication describes a reduction method for acrylic fiber products containing animal hair, in which an organic solvent for acrylic fibers is added to a concentrated aqueous solution (nearly saturated concentration) of a neutral salt. However, it is difficult to say that such agents are effective as weaving agents for pure wool products. The effect is inferior to the vertical weaving effect when pure wool products are treated with striped weave using soap, etc. as mentioned above, and not only does it tend to generate moisture during warp weaving, but also because a solvent for acrylic fibers is used. The finish has a good texture and even a tendency to harden.
In addition, in terms of operation, there are disadvantages such as the long time it takes to prepare a concentrated aqueous solution of neutral salts and to wash with water after vertical treatment, and it cannot be said that this method is at all practically satisfactory. Taking the above circumstances into consideration, it is no exaggeration to say that no technical means have yet been established to bring synthetic fiber products containing animal hair to the same degree of reduction effect as pure wool products.

In other words, the present invention solves the technical problem related to the paper shrinking treatment of a blended product of animal hair and acrylic fiber. Here, the inventor of the present invention undertook research in order to improve the deficiencies of such conventional technology, and first of all, among various softeners, a specific softener that has a general effect even on pure wool products was developed. They found that the fabric softener also has an excellent shrinking effect on animal hair-containing acrylic fiber products, but when processing with such a softener, the constituent fibers may fall off during the shrinking process (
Since this problem arose in practical terms, such as the difficulty of cleaning the shrinking device (hereinafter referred to as ``Fukige''), we continued to conduct improvement research and finally developed a treatment that included a specific softener and a small amount of neutral salt. The present invention was achieved by discovering that by performing a linear treatment with a liquid, it is possible to prevent frizz and obtain an excellent shrinking effect. The main object of the present invention is to dramatically improve the shrinking effect brought about on animal hair-containing acrylic fiber products, and to significantly prevent the flattening of hair and the generation of hair during the shrinking process. A reduction processing method is sometimes proposed.

Still other objects of the invention will become apparent from the detailed description of the invention provided below. Thus, the object of the present invention is to prepare animal hair-containing acrylic fiber products with one or more types selected from the group of cationic softeners (softener A) and/or silicone softeners (softener B) below. This can be achieved by using a treatment liquid containing a softener and a neutral salt, and carrying out the reduction treatment while maintaining the temperature of the treatment liquid at 35° or higher. Softener A: A cationic softener derived from an aliphatic amide amine salt, an aliphatic polyamide amine salt, or an imidazoline salt produced by the reaction of a polyethylene polyamine and a fatty acid. Softener B: A silicone softener derived from monoalkylpolysiloxane or dialkylpolysiloxane, or a mixture thereof, which may or may not contain an amino group or epoxy group in the alkyl group structure. When an animal hair-containing acrylic fiber product is subjected to a reduction treatment according to the method of the present invention, the shrinkage effect provided to the fiber product is dramatically improved.

That is, a shrunken product can be obtained which shrinks significantly in the longitudinal and lateral directions, has a thicker structure, and has an excellent feel similar to that of a shrunken pure wool product. Furthermore, when such a method is followed, there is very little hair falling during the shrinking process, which not only facilitates operation and handling during the process, but also reduces the amount of labor required to clean the twill weaving device based on fluff hair and the texture of the product. There is no need to worry about any negative impact on the environment. Furthermore, the occurrence of curly chicks during the shrinking process was rarely observed, and this point is also one of the factors that can ensure good product quality. Furthermore, the method of the present invention is not only economical because the concentrations of the softener and neutral salt used are both low, but also requires no effort to prepare the processing materials, and It is easy to wash rice bran and has excellent operability, so it can be advantageously used industrially. By vertical treatment using such a softener, the vertical effect (not meant to mean the overall effect of the present invention, but focused on the mere paper shrinkage effect) brought to animal hair-containing acrylic fiber products has been dramatically improved. The present inventors have not reached the conclusion regarding the theoretical basis for increasing the acrylic fiber's high bending stiffness and possibly the softening effect of the softener as well as reducing the frictional resistance at the contact point between the fibers. It is assumed that by reducing the stiffness, the binding force between the fibers is relaxed and the shrinking effect is improved.
Furthermore, if the softener according to the method of the present invention is used, a shrinking effect can be imparted to the pure wool product itself, and only when these act synergistically can the shrinking effect on animal hair-containing acrylic fiber products be dramatically improved. It is inferred that this could have been improved.

Among the various softeners recommended by the present invention, only certain softeners that have a striped effect on pure wool products also have excellent shrinkage properties on animal hair-containing acrylic fiber products. This was derived based on the experimental fact that it can have an effect, and the experimental fact will be explained here using Table 1.

A pure wool fabric and a 40/60 wool/acrylic fiber blend fabric were subjected to shrinkage treatment at 60oC for 3 minutes using a hammer-type roll shrinkage loom, and the shrinkage effect was evaluated by area. It is expressed using the shrinkage rate (the ratio of the area reduction of the treated fabric to the area of the original fabric). 1st
From the results in Table 1, it is clear that the only fabric softener that has a shrinking effect on pure wool products that is equivalent to or greater than the shrinking effect when using conventional warp weaving agents such as Marcel soap is wool-containing acrylic fibers. It is easy to understand that it is also effective for products.

Furthermore, in the practice of the present invention, the neutral salt used in combination with the softener is not particularly limited as long as it is water-soluble, but inorganic neutral salts such as alkali metal salts of strong acids such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, or sulfuric acid are used; In particular, trinitrate or sodium chloride is preferably used. Here, as a treatment condition when carrying out the reduction treatment according to the method of the present invention, it is necessary to maintain the temperature during treatment at 35 oo or higher.

Furthermore, the temperature near the secondary dislocation point of the acrylic fiber, that is, 60~
It is preferable to treat at 80 oo because the reduction effect can be more pronounced. Even when a conventional shrinking agent such as Marcel soap is used as a shrinking agent, the shrinking effect increases by increasing the processing temperature, but when the softener recommended by the present invention is used as a shrinking agent, By increasing the processing temperature, the paper shrinkage effect is dramatically improved due to the synergistic effect of the temperature and the softener. If the treatment temperature is less than 3,500 degrees Celsius, the reduction effect will be insufficient. Furthermore, in carrying out the present invention,
It goes without saying that it is an essential condition to use the specific softener and neutral salt in combination during treatment, but the concentration of the softener and neutral salt employed in the practice of the present invention I would also like to mention.

As for the softener, a treatment bath prepared at a concentration of 0.1 to 10 minutes per day is preferably used, but the animal hair content of the product to be treated,
It can be adjusted as appropriate by taking into account the texture and degree of texture to be imparted to the final product. Further, the temperature of the neutral salt in the treatment bath is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.01 to 102/night. Furthermore, animal hair in the present invention refers to animal fibers having felting properties such as various types of wool and rabbit hair, and acrylic fiber refers to copolymers containing 7% or more by weight of acrylonitrile bonded in the polymer or acrylonitrile alone. Refers to synthetic fibers made from polymers.

The larger these measured values are, the greater the longitudinal effect is, and in this example, a case where the area shrinkage rate is 30% or more is judged to have a shrinkage effect. In addition, the shedding rate is calculated by collecting the total shedding remaining in the shrinking device after the shrinking process is completed, and expressing the ratio of the dry weight of the shedding to the dry weight of the treated fabric as a percentage. In the examples, a hair fall rate of less than 0.1% was considered acceptable. In addition, as a reduction treatment bath, the neutral salts shown in Table 2 are added to the aqueous solutions of the softeners shown in formulas (A-1) to (B-2) for 0.5 hours each, respectively, as shown in Table 2. A mixed treatment solution was prepared by allowing the two to coexist at different concentrations. Furthermore, for comparison, an aqueous solution containing no neutral salts and consisting only of the softeners represented by formulas (A-1) to (B-2) above, 60% of ethylene carbonate (hereinafter referred to as EC) ) and 760 yen/reed sulfate, and a 50 yen/marcel soap solution were also prepared. The test fabrics were immersed in these treatment solutions at a rate of 160%, and subjected to longitudinal treatment for 30 minutes using a hemmer type roll crimp machine at a treatment temperature of 60±5°C. Further, as a reference, a pure wool fabric made of pure wool in the same manner as above, including the count and weaving specifications, was subjected to shrinkage treatment using Marcel soap solution for 50 minutes in exactly the same manner as above. After each shrinkage treatment, they were dried, and the areal shrinkage rate and basis weight were measured, and the degree of generation was sensory-evaluated. The hair loss rate was also measured. The results of these measurements are shown in Table 2. Table 2 From the results shown in Table 2, when a mixed treatment solution consisting of a softener and a neutral salt recommended by the present invention is used as a shrinkage treatment bath, a shrinkage effect comparable to that of pure wool fabric is brought about, and the reduction It can be seen that hair and shark development are significantly improved.

Subsequently, the test fabric was dried and the area shrinkage rate and basis weight were measured in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are shown in Table 3. Table 3 From Table 3, when the treatment temperature is less than 3500℃, almost no longitudinal effect is observed, but when the treatment temperature is 3yo or more and the softener recommended by the present invention is used, the treatment temperature is lower than 3yo. It can be seen that the curling effect improves significantly as the temperature rises.
