    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機関１の排気マニホルド２と２エントリ型排気タービン
    ３の排気導入口部４とにより外殻ケース５を挾持される
    排気分配弁６を設け、排気タービン３における二つの排
    気導入口８，９のうちの一方の排気導入口９の開口面積
    を変える可動の弁体１０を排気分配弁６に設けると共に
    、機関の運転状態に応じる位置を弁体１０にとらす制御
    装置１５を設けたことを特徴とするターボ過給機関。
