On the other hand, the condensed water that has condensed on the indoor heat exchanger f etc. is shown in Figure 2.
As shown in FIG. 3, the water is temporarily stored on a substrate d, flows through a drainage hole k provided in the substrate d to a receiver m removably attached to the bottom of the outer box, and is discharged to the outside.

Therefore, when draining water during inspection or repair, for example, the receiver m can only be moved in a direction perpendicular to the bottom of the outer case, which means that the cooling unit cannot be completely removed from the outer case. The work cannot be done unless it is removed, and the workability is extremely poor.

Further, on the bottom surface of the outer box 4, when the board 6 is housed in the outer box 4, a drainage tray mount 29 is provided that protrudes toward the center and has a substantially semicircular hole 29a that opens at the center directly below the throttle section 25. ,
The position of the hole 29a is set so that the center of the drain lid 26 coincides with the center of the hole 29a.

In the above configuration, when inspecting, repairing, etc., before pulling out the unit 5 to the indoor side 2, remove the drain receiver 27 from the drain tray mount 29 on the outdoor side 3, and pull out the drain M26 from the constriction part 25. By doing so, the dehumidified water can be drained, and if the water drain cover 26 is inserted again after draining the dehumidified water, the water level of the accumulated ice will be lowered from D to E, so when the unit 5 is pulled out to the indoor side 2. , there is no fear of water spilling,
Work can be easily performed on the indoor side 2.

As is clear from the above embodiments, the drainage structure of the wall-penetrating air conditioner according to the present invention is such that the drainage device that receives condensed water from the cooling unit can be removed from the outdoor side, and maintenance and inspection work can be carried out. When performing this, the water from the cooling unit can be drained by first removing the drain from the outside, so compared to the conventional method where the cooling unit is removed from the outer box and then drained, it is possible to drain the condensed water indoors. It has various advantages such as no spillage and extremely good workability.
