For example, the daily operation report of construction vehicles, etc. becomes the basic data for vehicle maintenance management, and the presence or absence of abnormalities in each part of the vehicle by inspection of the vehicle from the start to the end of the work day, the operating hours of the day, and usage records of fuel, oil, etc. are simply expenses. This is important not only for basic calculation data, but also for predicting vehicle abnormalities.

[Scope of Claims] (1) A device for separately digitally recording single lightning operation data and field lightning operation data of heavy machinery such as vehicles, construction machinery, etc., and detects the operating status of each component of the heavy machinery. a sensor means for converting the analog data into an electrical signal; a monitoring means for converting the analog data from the sensor means into a digital quantity and inputting it to determine whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the component; A data recording device for inputting data, and a recording medium having an all-solid-state element configuration on which the digital data is electronically written by the recording device, the recording medium comprising:
A memory for normal data that updates and stores data written by a recording device when the heavy equipment is in operation, and a memory for abnormal data that interrupts writing and updating to the normal data memory and separately stores abnormal data when an abnormality occurs in the heavy equipment. What is claimed is: 1. An abnormality detection and recording device that also serves as an operation record for heavy machinery, characterized by having a memory. (2. In the apparatus described in claim 1, the recording medium is such that digital data during normal operation of the heavy machinery is written into the normal data memory in a first-in, first-out manner starting from the first address of the recording medium. An abnormality detection and recording device that also serves as a record of the operation of heavy machinery, characterized in that: (3) In the device according to claim 1 or 2, a heavy machinery operation procedure is written in advance on the recording medium,
What is claimed is: 1. An abnormality detection and recording device which also serves as an operation record for heavy machinery, characterized in that other external input data is written therein. (4) In the apparatus according to claims 1 to 3, the medium 1q is an ultraviolet erasable storage element, a static RAM, a dynamic RAM, a card, a module, a plastic box, a casing, etc. An abnormality detection and recording device that also serves as an operation record for heavy machinery, characterized by having an all-solid-state element structure that is integrally housed in a device. (5) The apparatus according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the storage medium has an integrated circuit that combines a storage element and an element for controlling the heavy equipment. Anomaly detection and recording device that also serves as an operation record. (6) In the apparatus according to claims 1 to 3, the storage medium is an optical modulation disk capable of inputting a program, and an abnormality detection record that also serves as an operation record of heavy machinery. Device. (7) The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the data recording device has a memory for storing digital data input from the monitoring means and written on the recording medium. Anomaly detection and recording device that also records the operation of heavy machinery. (8) The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the recording medium is a heavy machine such that digital data written thereon is read and reproduced by a reproduction device having an electronic circuit configuration. Anomaly detection and recording device that also serves as an operation record. (9) In the device according to claim 8, the data reproducing device includes a reading function section for heavy machinery operation data written on a recording medium, and inputting the read data by the function section to perform, for example, vehicle operation. It consists of a calculation function section that calculates and reproduces data such as maximum speed, average speed, full stroke speed table, instantaneous acceleration, engine wear information, etc. during normal operation of heavy machinery and when operating with foreign parts, and the data of the calculation results is An abnormality detection and recording device that also serves as an operation record of heavy machinery, characterized by being equipped with a terminal device for outputting. (10) In the apparatus according to claim 9, the monitoring means operates at least one of the warning means and the heavy equipment non-stopping means when determining the occurrence of field lightning in the component. Anomaly detection and recording device that also records the operation of heavy machinery.
